Question: Is bitcoin dead?

Bitcoin is dead. Sooner or later the difficulty will fall to a value the central banks will manage to run a 50% attack on it.
Bitcoin is more alive than ever. Bitcoin has been subject to some pump and dump but that only proofs interest of investors. Next round will come for sure.

Hi

people are going crazy about a readjustment of the BTC/USD rate. I guess all arguments are on the table. At least those that I read were repeated 20 times each. Maybe it's time for a poll.
Please let me know if I forgot any important options.

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system. - GA

What Is Bitcoin Cash?

Bitcoin.com was founded with a mission to spread peer-to-peer electronic cash to everyone in the world. Due to the recent scaling failure of the Bitcoin Core network, the BTC coin is no longer a useful form of money as fees continue to climb and transaction times slow to a crawl.

In accordance with our original mission, Bitcoin.com is fully committed to Bitcoin Cash education and promotion. This is because Bitcoin Cash is the version of Bitcoin in which the original properties of digital money still exist. To learn more about the original goals of Bitcoin, we recommend that all newcomers read at least the first section of the Bitcoin Whitepaper.

What is Bitcoin Cash?

Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is an upgraded version of the Bitcoin Core software. It was released on August 1st, 2017.
