Well in that case if the is your belief I respect that. Though, there are lot of altcoins out there which has a potential to increase its price in the market for the future. Like me I am willing to hold UTK, ATF, CRED, NEM, and XBX for 2 years in my wallet exchange, just make sure that the coins you are going to hold in a long terms are really have the potentials to increase in the future.

I share your anger mate, some folks really can't look into the future for just two years ahead of time. Definitely it's not every altcoin that i would hold but for some i would sure hold them till i see them get me a lambo!. I also hold Vivid coins and i am running a masternode myself. Vivid it's all about Augmented Reality portfolio. I have given myself the next three years to see that project touch the skies.

Your really have strong faith on your asset that you call cardano. However it has a good feature mate abd has a quite good condition market. We cannot  blame onto others if they wanted to sell their coin because probably they need a money or they were found another asset that make then interested than thus cardano. Wish for your luck by holding this coin.

There are some coins that you can hold for a long time while others too, you can't hold for a long time. You don't have to make your mind to hold coins all the time, because you might ran at a huge loss.

Believing in such projects will allow you to hold on, but if you already seen nothing improving from your current holdings and you already losing your faith, best to let go and find another, you should have a  good analyzing skills in order to have a good sense picking each projects to invest your hard earned money, with lots of projects around just keep moving and hope for the best.

I would agree with letting go, but I would advice against finding more. People keep making this mistake. They already dug themselves a hole, then they go and dig deeper, thinking there is something good to find inside. End up with a black hole where they just throw money in and never see a cent from it.

People think they were unlucky that's the problem. They can't admit they were just poor analysts and poor decision makers.

Apparently the person is characterized by greed and inability or unwillingness to trade, there is no other reason to keep coins and not to sell at all.

I am agree, its more profitable trade our coin or token and accumulating when the price looks cheap. Its better selling our token at bottom if we think there is no future on the project, but if we think the project are worth to hold for long term, better hold it for long term

Well,  different people with a diffrent opinion. You might decide to hold while others might decide to sell. It's all a game, if you're lucky, you win.

You can take them to the cemetery. But what you'll gain out of that? IMO, no amount is small. Even if your coin has gone down by 99%, I would say that you can sell these coins and get the remaining 1% in your wallet. Why do you want to lose this small amount, by keeping them with you? In crypto, sometimes we need to take very tough decisions. But if you get emotional and refrain from taking such decisions, then ultimately you will end up losing money.

Sometimes we have to sell our altcoins at low prices. especially if the altcoin is no longer interested. we also have to look at the altcoin price movements. if it is profitable then it is better to sell it.

Hummm I think this is a bad idea, if the altcoin you hold is going to stop working, do you think it will sell them or not. For me, I will sell it right away, because if only a minute delay will make me lose more

As a trader, I sell altcoins when I'm in profit especially when I hit my target. As a crypto enthusiast, there are some altcoins (my special picks) that I'm holding for long term. Example include Eth, TRX, XLM, ZIL just to mention a few. Sometimes people sell not necessarily because they want to dump at loss, but maybe they've waited for long and there is no development for that project. For instance; I bought into a coin, I've been patient for long and it kept dumping, I was still holding  since I liked their MVP. Then recently I dumped because the team announced an AMA, only for them to publish just an article on medium saying they can't disclose their identity, they have reasons to be anonymous, so I lost hope on the project.

Great idea but not also good calling people names because they decide to sell .

Is their personal decision and same as yours not to sell, every one has option their them selve and not someone business and also they can sell to rebuy and even have more token to what they have , so holding for 2years is good but also must have lost some benefit when to sell and buy again and why we have short , medium and long term investment , just choice from that and feel good to go.

I would also not sell my altcoins for such silly prices, because this is just the beginning my friends. Imagine if BTC has grown so fast within several weeks, what is going to happen till the end of 2019? Only the sky is the limit for crypto currencies.
