My logic is as follows, the coins that I now hold I believe have a use case in the wider world, and once their roadmaps pick up steam, should have real value,

 Currently the market is still almost all speculation with very few mainstream products, once this starts to change, the market should pick up.

For coins with no real use case, get rid of them, they might have their pump and dumps but will never truly have long term value.

I agree that financial markets always volatiles and this crypto market is risky.I think we need to invest only that amount which we can afford to lose and not make us panic.Have patience and wait.Experience of old players matter.Best of luck.

Yes, the price manipulation is really causing a big problem to crypto and the present situation is becoming frustrating but I will still suggest that you shouldn't panic sell but hold your coin. The market will recover soon from the bear and then the price of coin will surely rise again.

While you are not sold in the negative, then you are not at a loss, remember this. And half a year, this is not a term, buying something, immediately set a goal or price, or keep two years, and then it will be easier for you to cope with your emotions.

My suggestion is to access where you’ve made the wrong move? Ask yourself whether you missed anything, how do you possibly miss it? Then access your capabilities on gaining back your losses. Or you can just give up and accept that this market is not for you.

This will indeed make a lot of people experience prustation, I'm also similar because I'm sure someone is trying to take advantage of this condition.
They do things that are not commendable and they harm many people. But when we together fight for digital currency, we can maintain better conditions.
The strength we have can make digital currencies survive into a strong financial system.

Altcoin prices usually follow Bitcoin in a "whip-the-snake" fashion. Bitcoin rocketed down to $6k, and flung the altcoin prices into the dirt. We have not seen enough upward momentum to give altcoin prices enough of a tug upwards to give any real sustained positive movement. Once Bitcoin truly gets going on an upward trend and people start believing in a bull market again, you will see the altcoin market slowly start to pick up momentum, and once bull market is in full swing, we will probably see altcoins start rocketing past bitcoin in percentage increases.

At this point, the only hope in the altcoin market is to sell any trash coins that don't have much hope of recovery and HODL the best of the best altcoins.

Don't rush to take friends' actions. Don't sell BTC even though the price is still down. This is only temporary. Maybe it's being repaired. Because of the many tokens and coins on the market. I hope this will be faster to restore market prices.

Bitcoin has a lot of domination right now and it will be continue until there will be official announcement from SEC regarding it. i guess that will be a very interesting thing in the future to see what will be happening with the market after that.  you can do whatever you want with your altcoins but i will try to buy more. because i have sold my stash when it has reached peak price.
