Totally overthinking it, mistakes are normal.   What is wrong is to load so much into the first few coins, so do what GPU coin has done which is very low reward to start.   Iron out all the usual junk and flood of spam, later on you have a normal network, normal rewards and proceed fine with your coin launch.   
Why does it all have to be a rush to work in 1 minute or even 30, just start it slow and then block rewards rise

any dev with experience
knows to make first few block worth shit..
this way field is fair and it cannot be instamined while people adjust settings.
