You Are SERIOUSLY interested in joining forces to sue Mt.Gox Ltd. and/or Mark Karpeles.
I will be contacting a Lawyer in Japan to discuss proceedings.
DO NOT POST HERE to make some kind of random comment like "haha you lost your money"
IF you want to Sue them with me, PM me ASAP.
UPDATE: I have been on the phone to my Lawyer in Japan today.
We can sue Gox / Mark Karpeles together - If we have 5 people then the cost will be about $2000 USD each.
He said he can start an action within 1 or 2 weeks.
Anyone who is serious and of course has:
Record of money they transferred to Gox's bank ( MIZUHO BANK LTD ) Or some other way
Your history CSV file, Account number etc.
You will of course need to provide your ID Passport.
PM ME ASAP.

u should create a thread on this =) so they can like send btc to u =) anyway sue only him.. and dont ban bitcoins =) the infrastructure is already up.. 12mil-700k = 11m+ just for the 700k btc lost.. we cant give up the rest of the 11mil btc.. so dont ban btc =) |

I have just contacted two English speaking law firms in Japan. I am very interested in this but am only willing to hand over personal information to the law firm its self. That said I am interested to see if we can somehow work together on this.

I guess you can sue them now - but just ... you wont get your money back faster because of this ... MtGox ann bankrupt - so even if you will win this case - a court will not give you back your money...  |

I don't believe I have defended them and wishing Gox would rise again and saying they will rise again are very different things. Please note that requesting evidence they are in fact insolvent is not defending its asking for facts. I want facts and since mark is unable to help with this what other option do I have? So without being too rude bitch don't be putting words in my mouth. @T.Stuart yep same for me . Nothing to do but get trolled till next week I guess |
