Let's properly vet this candidate. Ask the hard questions:
What can she/he do for us , fb, twitter, memes, IRC chatting... What contacts do they have (what's their Rolodex look like?)
How much time can they commit to this? What experience do they have promoting? Other projects, etc.
It's essential that we find the right person... and better yet this person is part of the stakeholders.
