12 hours 21 minutes left to go for me. I'm in EST. That means its 11:59PM EST.  Think its gona be worth mining? I'm switching my miners over straight away. It's going to be well worth mining with the Idea's the Dev has! Multipools can't hammer it either which is nice, KGW in place  |

The block rewards are apparently being worked on as well, so that there is a random block in every 5 which will reap the bonus rewards. This should span the roughly worked out 41 day bonus run out, to roughly 6 months! However i would wait for the Dev to confirm this solidly before you take my word for it. Not only that but it will also prevent any Multipool from smashing the bonus period then dropping the hashrate. This should ensure steady hashrate growth onto, especially with KGW there chugging away! On top of this the coin will be attracting more new miners for 6 months not just the initial 41 day rough calculation! Steady and strong growth support all the way with SpartanCoin.
The Dev has thought this out very well, is working tirelessly on it and is very open with his plans. I have been communicating with him for the last few weeks and he always replies promptly and with an honest answer.
To me this is probably the coin worth mining most! With the motivation this team have behind them it will go far. Every step has been thought out and planned.
Don't just take my word for it though feel free to do your own research.
Let me know which pool you are all jumping on and we can smash some blocks together!

Hehe i would do some research before jumping to conclusions, i am assuming sarcasm. If not welcome to SpartanCoin!!! Lots of businesses take out start up loans, or sell shares to enable them to progress? Exactly the same system, however with a motivated individual and his team behind it Every coin deserves a chance whichever method they choose. |

My pool will actually start at least 20 minutes after the launch time because I have to compile the Linux daemon from source and start the stratums. According to Spartancoin.org - which I'm going by, the launch is in 5 hours 52 minutes. That is Midnight EST. I'm ready to go at any time, so if for some reason I have to move it up, I can. I'm monitoring this thread for any news of the launch. This is how I feel after the last few days.  |
