Well we need to keep holding on and do some sacrifices. Because in cypto patience is really a virtue. If we are going to hold we Can maybe earn or maybe loss on it due to its unstable price but we need to hold on this dip and wait for the right time to sell. Imo holding is the safest way to make money because you dont have to exert any effort. When you are trading you are being pushed side to side by the whales. They can manipulate the market to their will since they have the buying/selling power to do so at will. With Holding when the price rises (which it should once the technology behind the project is sound) you are in a good position to sell because there will be organic increase in the coin. Thats how everyone who got rich from btc in December did it. They believed in the project and followed it closely.

I admire how courageous you are and fully believe that Bitcoin can recover it's price. But I suggest if you have some extra money try to buy Bitcoin at it's current price to lower your purchase average that is what I am doing . I keep holding and add some when market keeps dropping to lower my average buying price

That's right,  keeping on holding for long time isn't  good for now and you aren't be profitable due to market volatility. May we won't see any hype for now which could give us less chances to take more profits and even losing hard if it will continue to drop.
