Any government official in their right mind would want to delay the implementation of blockchain technology as much as possible. Their careers' success are essentially based on deception: say what the masses want to hear and do what personally benefits' themselves and their backers. This would be much harder to do and they'd have to finally become men/women of their word.

I do not agree. You probably do not understand how corruption is implemented in most countries. Allow you to explane. The corruption chain in the government can be represented as a pyramid, where junior officials are located at the bottom of the pyramid, and top officials are at the top of the pyramid. Nobody in the country wants the pyramid to be destroyed, just every participant in this chain wants to move up. To summarize: the government is not interested in transparency and lack of control.

You really sound like someone who is from a very corruption prone country, I am as well, and I totally understand what you are talking about. In fact, in a lot of the less developed and developing countries, corruption has dug so deep that it would take some huge cleaning process to be able to get it out of the way.

I agree with this idea, using blockchain technology will minimize the corruption however there will always be a flaws that will make them to corrupt again. You should know that every joint in the government has corruptors and they play an important role in the government bureaucracy, even though blockchain offers transparent transactions but if decision-making is also a corruptor, of course they are reluctant to do that.

I just have to agree with your suggestion. With a blockchain system, I believe the issue of misused funds can be minimized. Every disbursed funds can be traced to the approximate wallet with timestamp and clear records.

That it exactly why they don't want to implementate the cryptocurrency, in this situation it would be easy to prove that the political class is dirty. Why would they put a gun ar their heads? But in the same time i believe in the change of the generation, things will be better, more peaceful.
