Any government official in their right mind would want to delay the implementation of blockchain technology as much as possible. Their careers' success are essentially based on deception: say what the masses want to hear and do what personally benefits' themselves and their backers. This would be much harder to do and they'd have to finally become men/women of their word.

That is exactly correct but again Bitcoin is very fair and clear system and the crimes like money laundering and fake account technique could be halted by introducing the technology. But government has so many other ways as well to deal with the corruption. In China, more than 400 ministers have been jailed due to corruption in the past four years. Yes, it is very hard to implement this type of technology in the government because most of the officials are doing an corruption but, if most of the people continuing to adopt it due to its good technology and if they know that it can possibly trace those corrupt officials I think there is chance to implement it someday when most of the people in the community are become aware and using the blockchain technology.

Yeah, for instance, someone recently shared the Canadian government integrating blockchain and then displaying their spending to the public which is how I believe things should be done. We all know though, that this is something that can absolutely happen in a developed country where things are generally monitored and public officials do not see their position as a means to loot, knowing the effect it would bring to their career.

I am sure a lot of corrupt settings in the world where corruption has dug so deep, will find it hard to implement blockchain technology into the system to prevent corruption. In these places, the level of oppression due to the fact that some are just extremely rich looting funds that belong to the whole country's development has been going into their own pockets.

If our government implemented blockchain technology surely the corruption will lessen to our country. If you take a critical look at the features of the blockchain technology, you would agree with me that the  anonymous feature indirectly encourages criminal activities such as money laundering, drug trafficking and terrorism sponsoring.
It is a fact that there is not a way of tracking crpto online activities to a users offline address.

The Blockchain is not what the government needs to stop corruption in their country. Corruption depends on who the country has voted as its leader, if the leader is corrupt then every other person that follows him will also be corrupt. But if the leader is not someone who is corrupt and stands on his ground to top corruption then it will be stopped. Blockchain can’t even stop corruption and people can easily steal with it and you will not know who committed the crime, cause it doesn’t show who it was it can only show records of transaction.
