Science is the art of reporting the propaganda of the Pharmaceutical companies as facts. Religion is the art of blaming the ensuing deaths on God, and not the global corporations.

Science is true whether you believe it or not, it is the reason we live in comforts of our lives with the inventions of scientist that is now useful in our everyday lives we have develop and discovered many things. Without science we would still be stuck in bronze age where we know nothing of our planet and the solar system. Religion doesn't hold any evidence but lies and it has halted the progress of humans for quite some time even chained women of their freedom but many people are reasonable enough and waking up not to believe to a book full of murder, incest, racist, sexist and genocide is supposed to be god's words ?

If you took all the religions in the world and destroyed them, in 1000 years there would be entirely new religions, completely different from the old religions...
If you took all the science in the world and destroyed it... in 1000 years there would be EXACTLY THE SAME SCIENCE
Mathematics is not something invented by humans, it is discovered by humans... mathematics is the same in any language, on any planet... 1 + 1 = 2 is a provable concept and does not change based on societal norms or which deities they currently worship
Newton and Leibniz are credited with the co-discovery of calculus... they did not invent it, they both discovered it at the same time... math/science is universal, religion is not

To compare Religion with Science is a broad topic that need to be looked into properly so as to actually know the differences between them. Religion is an act of faith, believe and worship to a more higher supreme being of which have been able over the years to meet the needs of its followers and worshipers.Such Religion have a Holy book which all its adherent read and believe in. The most three common Religion is 1. Islamic Religion, 2. Christian Religion and 3. African Traditional Religion. The first two aforementioned Religion are the dominance of the three Religions. The Islamic Religion and the christian Religion both have their Holy books which actually throw more light to how the Science it self came about. The Christian Religion started its Narrative on how God started the Creation of the World and all that we see in the world today, all being God's Creative work and not science. Also the Creation of man was also stated how God Formed man from dust. The science on the other hand was trying to say that man metamorphosed from Ape to become a man from their own theory. The Science is yet to prove the the following which almost all the religion believe in, 1. that is the existence of a higher supreme being which is responsible for all this creative work,Known as God. 2. The Fact that Jesus came die and on the third day rose from the death and ascended to heaven, and sitting at the right hand side of God. 3.That there is Heaven, cos all scientific discovery stops at the discovery of about Nine (9) planets. 4.That Science talks about law of Gravity , Laws of flotation, Newton law of motion ...etc, Jesus walk on water, Peter the disciple also walk on water and began to sink as a result of fear, how can science explain this? 5 What can Science say about the ascension of Christ, does any law of the science stop Jesus from Ascending to heaven? All the above points is just to prove a point that God is the creator of all things including all that the scientist have been able to invent today, all wisdom and Knowledge came from God Almighty. The same God wants us to worship him under a particular Religion of our choice, but science on the other hand have no power over humans for the purpose of worshiping or serving science. Religion happens to be the bedrock for which science came about.

Religion has to do with finding the answers that a person needs to be reasonably comfortable in life... not fearful about the future. Science has found a few of the answers. But it is trusted with way more things than it has found answers for. This makes science a religion for those who trust in it. Religion is way more foundational. Science is new(ish), and involves trust just as much as any other religion.

I just hope Christianity will be gone one day. At least as it exists now. It's a very hypocrite religion. In fact, your point is very true, but it's trying to praise science, while I think science can only give us . limited vision of the world. We won't see what we are not able to see. And the existing of such areas that are not attainable by human knowledge is what the science is trying to deny, which is pretty stupid IMO.

Christianity is a very broad term and can't be generalized and viewed equally. Christianity has helped many people to reach the Son of God, Jesus, and through Him to reach God, and this should be respected. We say that politicians are bad and corrupt, but we are aware that they are necessary and that we can't live without them, right? In my opinion, science reveals to us the physical aspects of what God created and religion the invisible, spiritual aspects. Religion and science complement each other very well.

The answer probably lies at the heart of each of us. A good scientist can also be a good Christian, and one does not exclude the other, just the opposite In fact, both the Christian and the scientist reveal the mysteries of God, one internal and the other external.

You judge them by what they do, and how they repent by changing their life when they are confronted with their mistakes. "By their fruits you will know them" But we are talking about science and religion. See the full definition of religion at https://www.dictionary.com/browse/religion?s=t to understand that all scientists are religious one way or another. This doesn't mean that they are necessarily Christian.

Religion was a unified form of law and instructions. They consisted scientific study as well as taught healthy habits. God was filled wherever they needed to caution the reader. They needed a power to fear whenever the presence of human authority was not available. Science is the systematic study through observation and experiments. There are no places for assumptions. As, religion also consisted of science, they look similar to that point.

True scientist is also someone who respect nature as God's creation and understand that they can only discover Heavenly secrets in their work since God created everything including narural laws.
But how does one put God first in life? Isn't it by doing the one major thing that God wants? "God would have all men (and women) to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth." This world is going to be destroyed in the Lake of Fire talked about in the Revelation. Sure, we are living in this world that is going down. So we need to follow some of the laws of nature. But the focus should be directed at the New Heavens and New Earth talked about in the Revelation and in Isaiah. The only way to get to the New one and be saved out of the old one, is to trust in Jesus, that He has done what it takes to get us there. It's that simple. Then, by living the life that Jesus asks, we show - to ourselves as well as to others - that we are believing and trusting in Jesus. Such a God-fearing life also shows other people that they can be saved, as well.

You forget so easily how much religion has added to the world too. In fact, the truth is I doubt there will be any science today without religion. Most of the knowledge we have come to be exposed to now was sponsored by institutions religion set up. So, stop throwing baseless claims around. Some of what is called science today will not be around in some years. The likes of the evolution theory and Big Bang theory are concepts I'm certain will die out. Christianity for example has lasted more than 2000 years. On what basis then do you say that it won't be around in the next 1000 years?
Religion hasn't contributed to the world at all in fact it made people dumb and many times put the progress of the modern era into halt. Religions is the collection of lies we're many of its verses are a contradiction of each other and even depicts murder and shows dictatorship of god and how god allows murder, rape, genocide, racism and incest. Science has made the world for the better and save countless lives by researching and creating medicine to counter diseases like pneumonia and prevent newborns into getting caught with viruses that makes a baby abnormal.

1 + 1 = 2 is absolutely provable, and has been done so many times. Silly word play about things being different doesn't change a mathematical proof.
Perhaps you should take your own advice to learn about things before talking about them.
Try godel theorem

Try godbel theorem Yes. 1 + 1 = 2 is not provable. After all, any "1" that you try to add to another "1" is slightly different than the other "1." The difference might only be in the location in space that it exists. Or it might be that the first "1" came first in the equation, but the second "1" came second. This makes them different... like trying to add apples and oranges. So, 1 + 1 always equals 1 + 1. They never equal 2.

Everything in the universe can be gather to the science.as i think religion also one kind of a science.unfortunately when we say science we think only about provable things.no unprovable things also have science.so we can't rejected any things "this can't prove so this is not science".religion also science everything can't prove but humans not ask to prove them, they believe it.it not harmful to anyone.humans believe religion,it not harmful to anyone and make a better world so for what try to prove everythings?there are no differents in between science and religion.
Also you can have different meaning to "proof", you can have formal proof like in logic, or experimental proof. But experimental proof is still poor man science, as shown by masters of rationalism like socrate or descartes. Science is more about formal proof and axiomatic reasonning, and even this is brittle viewed in the lense of godbel theorem.

The first incompleteness theorem states that no consistent system of axioms whose theorems can be listed by an effective procedure (i.e., an algorithm) is capable of proving all truths about the arithmetic of natural numbers. For any such consistent formal system, there will always be statements about natural numbers that are true, but that are unprovable within the system. The second incompleteness theorem, an extension of the first, shows that the system cannot demonstrate its own consistency. After numbers are an abstraction that comes along with the idea of atom or monad but we still have to find a physical atom or monad that fit the abstraction.

Science is base on fact and there's such a evidence to prove that this thing happens or not. Religion is base only in our hearts in our beliefs
Science is like a law. Religion is like a theory for me. Even though there are theories in science. We must both balance the belief to become a good person and the truth so you can live normally. Balance both science and religion.

Science is based on belief that the evidence is showing us a fact, or not. True religion is based on eye witness events written down.
