Guys Give me an idea to convert tokens to ether, then i have erc20 tokens that dont have amount in MEW wallet. can I pay it out or can i convert it to ether, thanks in advance

Have that token listed on the market? (tradeable)
If it not, you almost can do nothing to cashing out it. Except you try to find someone who believes in the future of that tokens and wants to buy it from you. 

Or may I misunderstand what you mean, you have Tokens, and you didn't have some amount of ETH for GAS?

To trade tokens for Ethereum you need to do that on an Exchange. But before you can transfer tokens to an exchange you need to have some Ethereum in your wallet to pay the GAS (transaction fee). Here is a video that should answer your questions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkwTJgciQ0g&t

You can't convert it when you can't trade it. when it's still don't have   value then that means it's still not in exchange. Wait for it to be listed in exchange and trade it with ETH.

You need to follow these steps in order to sell your tokens:

1. Make sure you have a small amount of ETH in MEW to be able to pay for GAS (payment for mining fees). How much? You can calculate that here: https://ethgasstation.info/ If you don't have ETH in MEW you need to buy it on an exchange and move it to MEW.
2. Find an exchange that supports your token and has a token/ETH pair
3. Send your tokens from MEW to that exchange
4. Sell your tokens for ETH
5. (Optional but recommended) Send ETH from the exchange back to MEW

Sounds a bit complicated but once you do it once it's not that hard

This! Also please note that, even though some tokens may not show any value on MEW or ethplorer or etherscan, they may be listed on obscure or small exchanges (Eg. Stocks.exchange, TradeOgre etc.) or on Decentralised Exchanges (Eg. IDEX, Tokenjar, Forkdelta etc.) or new ones like Kryptono. This is usually mentioned on the token's website or their Telegram.

I think you are mixing issues, all MyEtherwallet tokens are ERC20 tokens,so if you want to convert your MEW tokens to Ether you should look for any cryptocurrency exchange that has the particular token you want to exchange, then you transfer from your MEW to the exchange and then convert it. There are many cryptocurrency exchanges online such as https://hitbtc.com,   https://binance.com etc

Every erc-20 tokens can be trade in exchange as long as it listed.
even they dont have corresponding price in your mew that doesn't mean that it has no value.
better to join their social media and telegram for good updates. they will update there for exchange and listing.

A little misunderstand, don't you see your token balance when log in MEW? You need to add your token to MyEtherWallet. You can find how to do it here. Find the right Token Contract Address and Token Symbol and Decimals of your token to add.

The tokens you have should be tradable in exchanges for selling them. Type tikers of your tokens into search panel of coinmarketcap and check where is it trade.

If the tokens that you have are traded on the stock exchange, then you can accurately convert your coins. If you can not trade on the exchange, you will not exchange your coins in any way.

First of all, you have to be certain that these tokens are already listed on any of the exchanges. If they haven't been listed on any exchange, you will have to wait for that to happen. When it does get listed, you can then trade them for any of your most preferred coin not just ethereum, and even further convert to cash.

tokens that are not listed in mew can be manually inputted. if the tokens are already in the exchange sites you can send it there and exchange it to ether.

You can sell your tokens on the exchange and safely buy other coins of any kind. For example, the same Ethereum That you want to buy.

It is quite an easy one. If you have received your tokens on your Myetherwallet and you are looking to convert it to ethereum, you have to be first certain that the token has been listed on any of the exchanges, where you can trade them for ethereum. If not, you might want to wait to that to happen. When it has been listed, send the tokens to the exchange, then trade it for ethereum.

If I were in your shoes and don't know what exchange to sell the token because it's not listed in coinmarketcap. Then I will download blockfolio in my phone. Search the token symbol to find what exchange it's available to sell. Input the amount of token in my mew to estimate the current value of the token and decide to sell or not.

If you want to convert your token to ethereum you need to sell your token in any exchange that your coins are listed, after your coins sold out, your token is already converted to eth because  the currecy we can use to buy token in many exchange site is eth.

you need to send first your wallet enough ETH for the gas fee before you can send your token to exchanges. Check first your token if it's tradeable and send it the exchanges that accept your token.
