WHY 99% OF ICO IS SCAM?

1. I think it's because hype of cryptocurrency, and for some greedy people, they use it as opportunity to earn easy money.

2. The second thing is lot of people still don't know what ICO is (only invest without read the project carefully) and for some reason they only see ratings in website ICO ranker like ICOBench, etc.

3. The last thing for me is no serious law that regulate this thing, so people can easily get money and hiding after that.

Not all of them were scam. I am a bounty hunter and I was able to witness that there are successful campaigns like Adbank, Localcoinswap and Docademic. Although there are failed ICO's because they are unable to sell enough coins for soft cap, they are still working on their product so that they can hit the soft cap on the next phase of ICO. I would say that there is a 70% of ICO that were scam or a failure.

Not all the ICOs are scam but unfortunately there are too many ICOs and it is clear that not all of them can survive in the market since the number is exaggeratedly big

The answer is in people only. Scam has become a usual event because we have not done something to prevent its growing and now it is the result of our mistake.

Well it is not actually 99% there are still plenty of other ICO that is legit.
And some of them might look like a scam because they would fail to reach their minimum investment funds and couldn't continue their project.

There are many ICOs ongoing at present but in 2018 a lot of them is a SCAM. Why does this happen?

Firstly i dont think 99 of ico is scam. Maybe you can say 20 percentage of scam or 40 percentage but not 99 .
People creating scam icos because icos are the best and fastest way to collect money with hype .
They are paying some ico influencers millions of dollars so they can easily reach 30 million dollar marketcap.
Because of that some people prefer doing scam icos. But i think that is really wrong thing.. And at the end of that they will be punished from
goverments. I hate scammers. They are trying to steal our hard earned money. we need to be careful. thank you.
