haven't checked betcoin poker since the day they removed the WPN SNGs , so did you bring these games back ?? also can your players play the SNG2.0 with other WPN players ? also I see you are mentioning rakeback just for cash games players , so there is no rakeback for MTTS and SNGs ? do players have to create new accounts or do the old betcoin accounts work as well ?
my Internet is so bad at the moment getting only 30KBs/sec , that's why I'm asking here instead of downloading the software and checking myself

Who is in the new management? Is there any staff directory on the website?

There are several WPN SNGs ongoing at the moment. SNG2.0 is not included on BetcoinPoker at this point. It might be introduced in near future, but for now it is disabled. Rakeback is only for cash games, wpn tournaments are not included regarding rakeback. Your old account should work. However if it does not, you can create a new one. Who is in the new management? Is there any staff directory on the website? There is no staff directory on the website, but we can add such if there is demand on that. It is hard to explain "who" is in the new management as it is entirely new and not related to the old Betcoin poker operations and management. The support staff is new, improved and different as well.

It is 50% flat rakeback for every player. It doesn't matter how much you rake, you will receive 50% of your weekly rake every Monday. KYC is not required. Only in some rare specific cases which are not bound to big winnings or withdrawals amount.

Since we relaunched there is no affiliate program ongoing, therefore players were not tied to any affiliates. Another reason why we are providing 50% rakeback at cash tables for absolutely all players in our room. However we are going to launch a new affiliate program very soon. It will be announced here, on our website and on our facebook page.

You don't find it incredibly unfair that affiliates spent money and time promoting Betcoin, and our players still play on your site yet we are not getting compensated for their poker play? Why would any affiliate ever trust you again and send players to your site instead of another site?

We believe that while you were still promoting the old poker, you were paid strictly by Betcoin.ag Please contact us through private message, as we have something to discuss with you on that matter. Or you can send us message through support@betcoinpoker.ag

Or you can send us message through support@betcoinpoker.agEvery reputable poker site that has ever transferred ownership has always honored past affiliate agreements. The biggest examples would be Pokerstars and Full Tilt. Affiliates work hard and spend money to bring players to your site and are a major source of players for poker sites. We haven't earned a penny in the ~6 months it's been back open and our players have been playing on your site. Stiffing all of us who helped Betcoin Poker get to where it is today is really, really wrong and you should make it right.

Or you can send us message through support@betcoinpoker.aghuh ?? but you said that old accounts are still working so how not honoring affiliates payments makes sense to you ? I don't have any active referral in Betcoin but this isn't a good way to run a business , so basically people who spent their time promoting the site won't get paid while there is a good chance that the players they brought will be playing with you and generate rake does that really sound like a good way to run the site ?

Please note that betcoin.ag discontinued its poker product in December 2017. We can not “honor” deals that we’re not part of. Since BetcoinPoker relaunch, we focused on raising it as a new poker room, with different promotions, terms, support and management. There are really few players who joined from Betcoin.ag to BetcoinPoker.ag , most are new active ones. We are about to relaunch affiliate deals within the next week and many people will have the opportunity to become affiliates and build up that win/win situation once again.

Yes, you can "honor" deals that brought you players that have been keeping your site afloat since you relaunched 6 months ago, you CHOSE not to. That is not right. I've been playing on Betcoin since they opened and was the largest affiliate you had since Betcoin first launched. I know the player base, and looking at the lobby the last few days, the guys sitting at tables all day waiting to start games and guys playing the games that are running are the same old players. One of these players is one of your highest raking members that I personally recruited to Betcoin and would not be playing there otherwise. You've been profiting off of him for 6 months now from my recruitment of him to your site. This is WRONG. Who would ever work with you as an affiliate when this is how you treat past affiliates who helped Betcoin in the past? You need to do what is right, and compensate affiliates for these past 6 months and re-tag their players when the affiliate system relaunches. Otherwise, you're going to have people coming out of the woodwork talking about how they got screwed over and it is not going to reflect well on Betcoin. Do what is right.
