Nice one but I think you should work on your trust rating cause it is giving a warning that anyone who wants to trade with you, should be extra careful. With this trust rating you have, I'm sorry nobody is going to believe whatever you're saying here and the worst of it all is that you're a newbie, no one also believes a newbie. There are lots of scammer in this community and they are fond of creating new accounts and using to trick people into losing their money. I hardly see a good and trusted account these days.

The trust rating is set by a person who never ever contacted us or spoke with us at all, since the relaunch.
Also the case which is pointed in the trust rating, is a case from 2016 and casino related topic. Absolutely nothing to do with poker.
We decided to do this from scratch with a new account and everything. We are not the kind of team who also posts and bumps their topics/products with fake accounts.

You can also look around the forum for any Betcoin Poker related issue since the start of 2018. Smiley

Our Discord community is growing as well, and we are providing daily freebies there, which all players there can confirm, that the prizes are real, so are cashouts and everything related to a valid operating poker room.

Well the person who has done the first deposited would be really happy with the 200%. and
It's normal being happy with the 200% as you won't find promotions like that all the time. I also think that 200% is good in first deposit. About what you have posted what about the rest you wanted to say. They have also another promotion like the free roll.

Our Discord community is growing as well, and we are providing daily freebies there, which all players there can confirm, that the prizes are real, so are cashouts and everything related to a valid operating poker room.

I joined a few giveaways last year, and ive personally never had issues cashing out before 2016 and now. before 2016 i had alot of issues with management and how poorly it was being ran "half the time i couldn't access my account" "a troll was left unbanned for 4years begging/scamming/toxic" management said they wouldn't ban because users should have free speech, i had multiple post removed from the site for addressing real concerns around the same time, they ignored security flaws i reported, reset all of my referrals which still hasn't been fix'd after several attempts.

this has nothing to do with "new management" if there actually is new management.

but i'm still not convinced it's under new management.

the main reason i think it's the same group...
https://www.betcoin.ag/betcoin-paul-promoted-higher-position-within-organization

when paul left the site started going down hill, but it seems odd he would gain a promotion at wpn "if it was 2 separate organizations" but from his statement it seems that betcoin is a community inside the wpn organization.

--- when i found these security flaws and they where ignored for months i contacted other skins "because it could impact all players who use the network" i called americas cardroom ,the supports name was andrew
when i brought it up there was a brief silence before he responded with sarcasm while talking me in circles avoiding the issue  "being a smart ass" when i called blackchippoker rep said "hi this is andrew how may i help you" with the exact same voice.  meanwhile guess who is overseeing my ticket at betcoin? "andrew"

3rd reason
winningpokernetwork has a designated 3rd party "pretty sure it's a branch wpn runs, but lets just say it's not"  handling all of the payment processing. All of the other skins use this, ive seen on 2plus2 somewhere that it's required "but since i'm not sure lets assume it's not required"the "3rd party" is capable of anon btc transactions. why would betcoin be the only skin not using this, and why is betcoin the only skin wpn hasn't officially affiliated it's self with, why is it the only one to ever have a scam accusation on this scale?

From my years of experience playing with wpn i have gathered enough info to make a reasonable assumption that winningpokernetwork owns 100% of these skins and there's not a commission structure offered to investors or popular cardroom brands.

But since me or noone else has ever been able to verify ownership of any of these skins this is just a theory, that can't be proven.

If wpn does own betcoinpoker like i believe, it's not really new management.

if you bought it and really are a new team, then here are my questions.

#1 Why would you buy a brand when it's near it's peak for bad reputation, why would you share that brand with the previous team that destroyed it "and are still using it" would it not be easier to join wpn under a new brand?
#2 Why should anyone believe there is new management when the details about the entire claimed transaction are still a mystery.

like i said i have had bad experiences with this brand and wpn, but i never had a reason to believe i wouldn't get cashed out before or now, every request has been processed and i still use the skins mentioned so for playing low stakes i trust you enough to accept the risk, but there is soo much that doesn't add up, the entire network seems shady. i'm not posting this to bring up past issues. this is what you need to address if you want more players to trust betcoin again, because so far all you have done is claimed to be a new person and that people should trust you based on that.

Betcoin.ag and BetcoinPoker.ag never had any relation/payment processing relation or management relation with WPN.
The only connection the Poker had with WPN was in a matter of shared tournaments. That is all.

The reason we decided to acquire BetcoinPoker is the fact it already had active users base. We believed and still believe, as we are doing our best, that the bad reputation which is all coming back from 2016, can be fixed and go straight to positive direction. As we stated in the previous post, we strongly encourage people to look for issues from Feb. 2018 until now. Shortly said, we believe you won't find such. Again, we are the poker part and standalone.
Regarding your connection to the support agent which you encountered on ACR, named "Andrew", that is a really common name. We don't even know if/how/to what was "Betcoin Andrew" promoted to, nor it is any of our business to chase such information, but we are quite sure it got nothing to do with WPN.

Another thing, believe it or not, WPN is not possessing or managing all the skins/brands as you assumed. We know that some things might lead you to such thoughts, but there are many other facts which can put you in contradiction with those "things".

We would like to remind you again, that our team is building our reputation since Feb. 2018. Whatever happened before that time is not directly related to us.

the andrews on acr and bcp had the same voice not just the name,  but this is unrelated my point was there was alot of coincidences that led to my assumptions, and most of them are probably not accurate.
"We know that some things might lead you to such thoughts" this is kind of the point i was trying to make, with all of the things that seem to not add up, coincidences , bad rep. spanning multiple skins it's reasonable to believe there are shady things going on behind the scenes that may or may not actually be true.

alot of your players you get will have their own history with these other skins, and a majority will never know/read about the ownership change. even though you own betcoinpokerag the same ones that ruined it's rep is using betcoinag. no matter what you do now, you will have to trust them 100% to not bring bad attention to their selves because it will be connected to you regardless " the majority will never know/read about the ownership change" if you google either domains betcoinag or betcoinpokerag you will see the site, mixed reviews and scam reports on the first page, you won't see any info about the ownership transfer until the 2nd or 3rd page.

just re reading this it seems like babbling and that i have no point that i'm trying to make.
"andrew" and all of the other problems i had was examples to show that i'm genuinely unsure if its new management "which as i stated i have no problem playing there even if it's not" so i don't need convincing.
the point of it is that i'm sure there is other people with similar doubts/questions/concerns that won't bother looking "deep" into it ---"but there are many other facts which can put you in contradiction with those "things"."---- i'm sure there is alot of facts i'm missing, and i'm not interested enough to search multiple pages from multiple sources, like a majority of people today, it's not worth their time and effort to scavenge all of the pieces .

having no bad rep since you started building it up is good. but my opinion is unchanged if you want people to truly trust you, you need to address alot of the concerns people have or will have. not a dozen pages in the back of a thread. "revamped betcoinpoker" should be in the top five search results before we see all of the scam reports. the homepage should have links to good reviews from reputable sites, blogpost about future plans/updates, Q/A , " reach your playerbase on a personal level" instead of a professional anonymous entity"--- these may be horrible suggestions but right now the homepage has twice the amount of bonuses listed then the "bonus" page does.

apart from all of the examples and suggestions.
my overall point is make these facts that i and everyone else should have more easily obtainable.i have no experience running a service like this so it's probably foolish of me to give advice just wanted to share my thoughts.

Hello,

If I am getting straight rakeback on a different WPN skin account, would I still be able to get the 50% rakeback if I create a betcoin poker account?
