Panic sell coming from those who has a weak hand to handle their emotion trough what they see in the webs. What im doing with this situation is to sell my tokens before it too late. I know it sound weird but trust me. When panic sell come. We all dont want to lose too much in the downtrend. Im selling it fast to wait when the downtrend will stop and buy it back for more tokens and hodl it back. That way you can make more profit rather then waiting it to lose more and hodl it more longer to gain profit.

Yes, if you think about it later it will decrease so that it is better to sell it, but if you think that the market will rise again it will be better to wait and hold your coins for the future if it is high. it all depends on the desire of each person who will choose which strategy. not everyone thinks the same so that everything is up to you which one is better which is important to think first so as not to regret later.
