I think everything depends on market trends, issues and also project development.
if there are none of the three aspects that benefit the project, I think it doesn't matter if we sell when prices start to fall because if there are no supporting factors, then the decline will be deeper and take longer to recover, not even all can recover because usually when there coins whose prices fall, people will leave and that's when developers think of giving up and abandoning their projects and coins

in times like this where the whole crypto is undergoing massive depression period, we as crypto enthusiasts must do our share to promote and be supportive to crypto.  we must not panic sell our holdings at lower than market price.  we must do the reverse, place sell orders at higher than market price.  this way, there would be less coins being sold at low price and what's available are those with high price tags.  this will surely drive the crypto prices up.
