Sunday, ordered a, in stock, 10 pack with expedited shipping. Tracking info finally received Tuesday at 6:00pm says its leaving china today, with no estimated delivery date. Maybe a month of hashing to catch up. Between the extra shipping cost, and me missing the field for the discount code.  Mid or late April, begin the 10 or more month hashathon to break even. The Icing, was finding out too late tonight to really get started on something else. Had they delivered, no doubt this post would be me singing the zoomhash dance like everyone else here. Michael Cao, responded to my emails, Thanks You. But no tracking information was received until after the expected delivery time. This turned sour fairly quick. In stock and expedited don't mean what they use to. |

Ordered one. Will edit when arrives. I am doing this to hopefully prove they are quick with shipping!
Edit: Tracking number here. Although I did purchase late at night for 239 and now today it is 229. A little upset about the $10 difference I lost out on. Wish I could find the customer service info to see about getting the difference back.

Pretty impressed with ZH thus far.. which doesn't take much with having to deal with Hashra for almost 1 month.. (horrible shipping delays and handling of the situation) Appears my order will be here tomorrow... which is wicked quick almost Bitmain quick shipping.. pretty impressed on that end.  Also got a follow up "making sure all is well" phone call from a Mr. McDermand today.. a first for anything crypto related I have ordered in the past 3 years.. very nice! Appears my Hashra order from 23 Feb and my ZoomHash order from this past Friday (15 Mar) will both arrive tomorrow.. here's to smooth sailing here on out.. and perhaps more ZH business from me..  |

Not easily impressed, however, ordered 9 gridseeds on the 14th March, shipped on the 15th and the expected delivery date was 20th March.
They arrived this morning, a day early, from China to the UK!
Now I've 9 gridseeds sitting pretty while I wait for all my other equipment to arrive (PSU, RPi, leads etc) on the 20th, a day I chose for delivery as that's when I thought the gridseeds would arrive =/
Super fast and great customer service from ZH!
Will be ordering more after I get these setup!

Doubt it. Zoom Has taken a lot larger orders than your 10 pack and came through so to start scamming you on a 10gs order would be a bit ridiculous. My cc orders from big banks get held up and marked as fraudulent everytime I try to buy computer equipment. Which is great for making IT purchases! |

I'm (considered) a noob here on these forums but have been lurking around for a while. Based on all the positive feedback that has been going around regarding Zoomhash, I decided to lock in an order for the 20 miner kit. Order placed March 16th, marked as fulfilled March 17th and I received the 20 Gridseeds shipped out from China just earlier on today (How much more awesome can that get?!) They were also smart enough to ship out from Shenzhen as I'm located in Asia, instead of having the bulky Seeds shipped from LA. One thing I do need to ask is I never got a shipment tracking number, and have PM-ed and emailed info@zoomhash.com but did not receive any reply. Is this expected? I'm just a little worried they are not getting my emails (using @gmail.com) and am losing out on important communications. Am eagerly awaiting the remainder of the kit which contains psu, cables, raspi, etc and it would be really encouraging to know when to expect them. Cheers |

Wanted to post my experience so far. I ordered 1x Gridseed from Zoomhash for the hell of it. Not that expensive (also paid in BTC). I ordered my GS last Friday, received it today. Plugged it in, installed a modified version of BFG Miner specially for GS and was hashing in 5 minutes. I will be ordering from ZoomHash again very soon.
Requesting an option for shipping - make signature confirmation optional on checkout. I understand that it is to CYA, but in my case, I live in an area where people don't mess with other people's stuff and I don't mind it being outside. If not, no big deal, still will be ordering from you guys again soon.

I received my 11 gridseeds. Had already cut out and made the psu barrel plug adapters, so hashing away. Thanks zoomhash!
Just need to figure out why cgminer is only hashing with 10 (only 10 getting accepted shares) even though they all show a hash rate of 361kh. Ugh. I know I know its only an extra 360kh but still...

One of my 11 units looks like a DOA. Tried all three: cpuminer, bfgminer and cgminer. They all register a hashrate from the gridseed but it never gets any accepted shares. The other 10 work just fine. Its only 300-350 kh but still sad...   |

im using com1 which my device manager shows as the correct one, would you recommend a miner i can use with the gridseed? your photo does not show want your freq was? did you use 800 850 or another number?
tried 750 using 600 right now |
