plz dnt give me that shitty formulae to calculate activity, plz explain how's it calculated?
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Max 14 + per 2 wewks
Min 0 + per two weeks.

Post 14 times during two weeks period to gain +14 actv.
