Hello everybody!
Even though China has banned ICO’s, Chinese residents continue to participate and register money where it is actually legal. So do you think the “ban” is forever or are they going to drop the bans initially?
When the relevant regulatory laws were introduced, there would be no ban. China now bans ICO because there are too many fraudsters. On the other hand, it also protects its citizens and avoids being deceived. ICO is only banned, but it is not illegal. We need to pay attention to this point.

In fact, the Chinese government has long banned it. Since the end of last year, the Chinese government has banned all Ico projects in China, but many investors continue to invest in the ico project through third parties.

China is very strict about cryptocurrencies. Chinese residents are forbidden to participate in ICO and use cryptoexchange exchanges. But China wants to introduce blockage and I think that sooner or later the Chinese government will be more loyal to cryptocurrencies.

I don't think they will move to deep against ICO. Maybe they will just ban it and wait for the market to become clearer and then they could have atleast a good move that will prohibit cryptocurrency trading.

There were news that unequivocally forbade many relations with crypto-currencies, but I can not exactly say how much I know this is due only to legal entities, so the situation here is not clear.

Maybe China wants some regulation before ICO will be release again. We know that there are more than 20 cryptos from China and they are supported. In due time we will see again them launching an ICO, i will wait for that. it will be a sold-out.

China has banned ico long ago! Now the Chinese government bans media publicity and reporting on cryptocurrencies and ico! There are indications that the Chinese government intends to completely ban cryptocurrencies!
Yes, they did this announcement and promised to destroy every business connected with ICO's, but it is possible to read about ICO and publish about ICO even on the biggest websites in China.

Mr Xi really don't like ICO. Sooner or later, Mr Xi will let the ICO disappear from China. You know that? Because it will affect the strength of his Communism Party. Mr Xi want his party will take control the country, especially in the fiancial field.

Let's say China wants to ban ICOs but how? It means that they can put some barriers to launch an ICO in China but they can't block other ICOs in other countries.
They can restrict the ICO websites in their country,do you know facebook is also banned in China so they can put barriers to the website and if someone found using it they will be punished. But as I said they can get access to the website through VPN but when KYC needed you will be busted.

I think the ban is only related to cryptos actives, like marketing and so on, i don't think they will ban crypto trading, if they ban crypto related act ivies then it could force a lo of them to join the trading, which could make the market to go high

I don't think that's gonna happen.. These are just rumors, of which there are a lot of crypto-currencies in the world. All this is done to manipulate the market.

More than 120 offshore cryptocurrency exchanges have been blocked by Chinese authorities. The exact reasoning is to basically block any crypto related businesses. Soo banning ICO and exchanges will be coming very soon.

I think the main reason why they banned it - they cannot actually control it or make actual profit from it. But after they figure out how - china will probably legally enter the market.
I think you are right, China is banning crypto because it is very hard to control as this digital currency is decentralized. As i know China, they would not give freedom to it's citizen to enter the crypto as they are protecting them also to be victims of scams and frauds. If they will lift the ban this would give a boost to the crypto world as they are a major player once in this business.

China is no different than the SEC and ETF's. Once they know how to control them the bans will be lifted and the sheeple will be ushered in. Basically the government is cheating right now so they can get in.

I don't think that will happen because as long as the ICO is not in their country, it is not a matter of the Chinese government.

There was a lot of possibility and it can be changed anytime. I don't wanna say a lot about that but the only important thing for you and you must see what has already happened with korea. Whether hos they will be trying to ban ico but korea has been thiking to legalized the ico on its country. I wouldn't dare to say completely banning ICO. Because I believe there are some people within the government of China who is looking at the benefits that blockchain technology or ICO can give China. So if ever they would ban it, I believe it would be temporary.

One reason why they ban it on social media" coz they manipulate the price of bitcoin. But as you can see there's a lot of ICO that creating everyday. They will provide securities and policies before they release it. However investors should unsderstand the terms of agreement of government policy.
