this is meaningless, this hige transaction was made @ 2011... so I checked only first from the list and it has nothing to do with this case Wrong, it has all the meaning in the world.. The point is that it was made in 2011 when it was known to be Mt.Gox money. Hasn't moved, much. This. The link above to letstalkbitcoin shows that GOX was control of those wallets then (2011) and made those deposits. The deposits haven't moved since.

You know what would be real nice. If they would just post up on Mt.gox.com "yea that was us" then we would know for sure we had lost them for ever

Some people have said "maybe it's the thief". That makes no sense. What thief would have had access to these coins and not moved them the moment they had access? Sit around, wait for GOX to fail then one sunny March morning decide "hey, better move these now". Don't buy it. IMHO, someone at GOX or associated with GOX is moving these coins around, and very quickly at that.

And I didn't even have any money or bitcoin on GOX, but with the way they have handled things, the community, whether vested in gox or not, need to be on top of this and find out WTF is going on right now.

"Today in court we got relief ... specifically to track the 180,000 bitcoins, which we've been monitoring. Hours later, Mt. Gox claimed it 'found' these bitcoins ... it appears Mt. Gox realized we were close and decided to acknowledge that it owned these 180,000-200,000 bitcoins," Steven L. Woodrow, a partner at law firm Edelson, told Reuters in emailed comments. karpeles couldnt even lie straight in bed these days
