I transferred my Emc2 tokens to weee cash wallet and now they have disappeared. The balance has gone to zero. I could not find any option to talk to customer care or to raise my issue. Not able to understand what's happening ?

I did a transaction earlier, I had 5732 ems2 on my balance, but now it's 0. And no comments ... What is going on with Weeee Cash???

First there was no issue, there was a 51% attack in mid-August on EMC2 network.
This is not the issue with the wallet.
Any coin including large marketcap coins could be attacked: BTG http://fortune.com/2018/05/29/bitcoin-gold-hack/

But there are things that teams could do to prevent it in the future, like solution that we implemented protects EMC2 now by marking every 10th EMC2 block with BTC hash. So now EMC2 has good security.   Only few coins have done that.

Second, it is on exchanges plates now to update the nodes and let the market go. Exchanges also have some responsibilities to implement mechanisms to protect them from 51% attacks.

Third, the sooner you get to understand what we are trying to do and decide to participate, the better results you will see in terms of your holdings.

I appreciate your frustration, however we are unable to release a coin from maintenance until we are sure all its issues are resolved. I hope I can give you some insight as to why this happens, as I understand parts of cryptocurrency can be opaque and I want to reassure you that your coins are safe.

Cryptopia will only ever put a coin into maintenance if we feel that not doing so will cause more issues for our users. If a wallet is crashing or there is an update that is not optimised for our large wallet sizes, bringing the coin out of maintenance too quickly would cause issues that would take longer to fix than if we ensured that the issue was completely resolved first.

Due to the nature of coin maintenance issues, our devs are working on all coin problems simultaneously, and need to prioritise certain coins so that as few users as possible are affected.
As this is different from day to day, we are unable to provide an estimated time for when this maintenance will be complete.

Please be assured that our primary concern is to keep your coins safe and while we fully realise this is frustrating for you and our other EMC2 coin holders, please kindly note this is one of our wallet teams main priorities at the moment. We hope everything will be resolved soon.

i don't know when cryptopia trade start but if not start in some days we all wait too long because of emc2 fork fork time also exchange need wallet update....please i requested to all emc2 holder please create ticket in cryptopia about emc2 trade and wallet issue
