154 entries tonight. Grats to 'jawsh', who overcame the odds with only 4 entries to take home the 2,500 point prize.

Hey guys its moshbikes from Grindabit.

i just wanted to come here and say that this site has been amazing to over all so far i have earned .01 and i have hardly done a thing.

i highly suggest this site to everyone looking for a quick way to make some bitcoins its fun free and very easy great community as well by the way.

i have been with the site for a little while now and i have nothing but good things to say about my experience i plan to keep using this site and recommending it to everyone.

so for all you skeptics thinking you wont gain anything just a lot of spent time well i will have to say you are totally wrong. you can earn them and quickly so come on over and lets start grinding bitcoins. i will see you there.

also to the creator love the layout and the simplicity of this site its fantastic. Thanks again guys!!! Grin

So basically Grindabit is a GPT (Get Paid To) site for Bitcoin?

BA Computer Science, University of Oxford
Dissertation was about threat modelling on distributed ledgers.

So basically Grindabit is a GPT (Get Paid To) site for Bitcoin?

Yeah.. the only difference is that "they don't pay"

I signed up, completed a offer, was not paid, asked the mods in the chat:

Quote
bitbaby: I completed a offertoro offer but no gabs were added to my account?
Apr 11 2014, 10:42 AM
tspacepilot: bitbaby i guess chazley says it can be a 50-50 chance whether they give the points.
Apr 11 2014, 10:43 AM
bitbaby: chance?
Apr 11 2014, 10:43 AM
nick6066: yeah 50/50 sounds about right
Apr 11 2014, 10:43 AM
Grindabit: and some offers take 24 hours to credit
Apr 11 2014, 10:43 AM
nick6066: depends on the offer/which wall for sure too
Apr 11 2014, 10:44 AM
Grindabit: also, if u take screenshots of the completeions and use the support option on the wall they usually credit u
Apr 11 2014, 10:44 AM
tspacepilot: good suggestion grindabit
Apr 11 2014, 10:44 AM
bitbaby: I took screenshots and my Gab shows I have completed the offer?
Apr 11 2014, 10:45 AM
Grindabit: are the points showing as pending in ur account?
Apr 11 2014, 10:45 AM
nick6066: yeah most are good... but WallADS still hasn't credited me for 2 offer worth over 10k GBS
Apr 11 2014, 10:45 AM
nick6066: But i sent plenty of proof so i think it justtakes a few days
Apr 11 2014, 10:46 AM
bitbaby: it shows no points earned
Apr 11 2014, 10:51 AM
chazley: 98 entries tonight guys
Apr 11 2014, 10:51 AM
moshbikes: woo
Apr 11 2014, 10:51 AM
bitbaby: well this was very nice first impression of the site for me
Apr 11 2014, 10:53 AM
moshbikes: drum roll please
Apr 11 2014, 10:53 AM
chazley: ok everybody, WE HAVE A WINNER!
Apr 11 2014, 10:54 AM
nick6066: Huh??
Apr 11 2014, 10:54 AM
moshbikes: woo nice
Apr 11 2014, 10:54 AM
tspacepilot: geez the suspense?
Apr 11 2014, 10:54 AM
chazley: CONGRATULATIONS TO...
Apr 11 2014, 10:54 AM
chazley: KWORROM!!!
Apr 11 2014, 10:54 AM
tspacepilot: kworrom! alright
Apr 11 2014, 10:54 AM
tspacepilot: by the way, how do you get entries into this drawing?
Apr 11 2014, 10:54 AM
moshbikes: damnit i had 54 enteries
Apr 11 2014, 10:56 AM
chazley: 1 entry per 100 gab points u earn every day tspace
Apr 11 2014, 10:56 AM
tspacepilot: i see
Apr 11 2014, 10:56 AM
tspacepilot: so i prolly had 1 or 2 entries
Apr 11 2014, 10:57 AM
moshbikes: i had 54 of the 98 xD
Apr 11 2014, 10:58 AM
chazley: it was more than 98 i mistyped, ended up being 140
Apr 11 2014, 10:59 AM
kworrom: what in the world
Apr 11 2014, 10:59 AM
moshbikes: oh wow lol
Apr 11 2014, 10:59 AM
kworrom: didn't even know there was a lottery
Apr 11 2014, 10:59 AM
chazley: kworrom won with only 6 entries, grats bud
Apr 11 2014, 10:59 AM
kworrom: haha

*Grindabit leaves the chat*

Nothing mentioned after that.

So.. my take is, go there, do the offers , you might get rewarded or you might not and you can cry in the chat or go cry in the support forum with the proofs and again you might get something or might not.

You haven't ever used a GPT before I assume, that sounds like quite a normal experience on any GPT. The GPT is reliant on the offer providers to pay them, if for some reason (cookies invalid, offer done incorrectly, there are lots of variables) the offer doesn't credit and pay them they can't pay you.

BA Computer Science, University of Oxford
Dissertation was about threat modelling on distributed ledgers.

Hello bitbaby,

First, I apologize for not explaining this better in GaB chat last night and thank you for providing your feedback here. As the poster above mentioned there are several factors that can prevent an offer from crediting and he is correct in stating that the offer walls credit the points to your account...not Grindabit. Addressing your comment about not paying...Grindabit has a pristine record of paying out once you redeem your GaB Points usually within an hour or two after you redeem and if we are online and you let us know, we will do them instantly for you. ( we have paid out over 3 bitcoin in the last 30 days)( as long as you are not using multiple accounts or in violation of our TOS ) Additionally, so you are fully informed,  some offers will pay out instantly while others can take up to 24 hours before the offer wall sends the points to your account. With that being said, it is advisable to wait at least 24 hours before contacting the offer wall about an offer not crediting.  The quickest and most effective remedy to points not converting is to contact the offer wall directly through their support link found on each wall.(upper right corner) Through that link you can either view your completed/pending offers or submit a support ticket with proof of completion.  Also, in case you overlooked it, we have a user guide posted on the site titled,"READ THIS FIRST" located at the top of the offer walls http://grindabit.com/offers/guide to help you understand better how this all works and what you can do to greatly increase your completion rate. If you follow the suggestions in the guide and use the support feature of the offer walls in the cases where you don't receive credit, you will see your completion rate go up significantly. Going forward, and thanks to your feedback, I will make some adjustments to the site over the weekend to make it more clear what a new user should expect when doing offers at Grindabit.

Thanks again and please let me know if you need any help or have any additional questions. I sent you a complimentary 250 GaB points for the trouble. Hope to see you back on the site soon!

When you say 175 entrants you mean tickets bought or tokamak users that have entered in the drawing?
