You could always post in their ANN thread how to contact the government regulators about their ICO, if it looks like a scam Smiley

I also agree that the choice of platform is an interesting decision. EOS is a faster and more dynamic platform, so let it be. Only future will tell how right it is.

Yes indeed and I totally agreed to what you have said! Getting in touch and partnered with EOS whose more dynanic than other Network, I think this will be one of the best and successful partnership I've ever see.
I also have the same opinion, for me personally, this cooperation with such a successful platform as EOS, is a great indicator and because of this inspires confidence in the gaming platform Tombola. It remains to wish the team success on this path and I expect access to major exchanges.
Ibe heard and read that Tombola made a change on their white paper. Changes from EOS to ERC20 has been done. Tombola needs to explain on what happened so that we can understand why change suddenly.

Yes they really should have done that. Selling tokens during ICO is main priority for the team though.

Regulator in Hong Kong can be contacted here: https://www.sfc.hk/web/EN/lodge-a-complaint/

They are cracking down on ICO's that are a problem in Hong Kong, would probably love to hear from anyone that thinks this is misleading.

It seems that it will be very difficult for us to take legal action, because ICOs in many countries do not have definite rules. At least with this incident, we can be more careful in choosing an ICO. And can remind each other in this forum about a project that is a scam

The only means of countering fraudsters is the care of investors. A thorough, not superficial analysis of the team, the token, the product and the consultants is needed. In addition, do not trust ratings, they just buy. Therefore, mindfulness and attention once more.

someone who is smart will not invest in an ICO that does not have a real project. 70% of ICOs only sell ideas. there is no real work, and after they succeed in selling tokens with ideas ... they will disappear. investors with high profit appetite who are trapped in the ICO. and now I have never been trapped.

I've been three times so far, the project suddenly stopped there was no idea of the dev. what can we do is just to promote and support the project. if the project fails we also fail.

yes it's natural that some projects are scams. The ratio in ICOs are quite high because of too many gullible uneducated investors who would send the money to anyone, then no wonder

Well report scammers to warn bounty hunters and make them be very vigilant and careful plus read white paper of such project and of course importantly check if the CEO and admins are very active in answering quiries.

There are many scam ICO projects nowadays like in real life. They are genius by doing so. They act like a professional to attract more investors but end into nothing. That's why we need to be careful in investing those projects in crypto world. Learn and study very well before joining.
Prevention is always better than cure so we gotta be secured at all times. We can't allow scammers to do what they want on us because it will literally cost us a lot. Let's stop them from what they love to do so that we'll experience a better living. We must find a way to get rid of them so that we won't be affected of their wrong doings.

The best way to do in dealing with those kind of people is to play their game. Let them do what they want but we must always be playing safe and secure. We can't allow them to rule over us so let's stop them. In order to get rid of them we must be aware of what they are doing and with that we will be to react accordingly.

There are tricksters wherever both, in actuality, business and online business, it is in your place to be cautious before putting resources into any business since it will be extremely hard to recover your cash when it is no more.

I have been involved in so many scam ICO's such as Crestonium, Benebit just to mention few. I think we should be careful and do research before investing on any ICO project read the whitepaper understand it before making any move because those scam ICO are genius even more active than the real projects.

Profiting by trickery is not something new in our lives today, as people have always dreamed of making a pile of money by cheating others for so many years already. ICO scams are really worrying and there is no way to fix them now. So it's best to invest only in things you know.

It is better to be aware of scams to not fall to them it is better to be wary of them than to be engaged and it becomes too late to get back what you invested. If there is no one to scam there will be no scammers

I think you should report on the forum and write articles for everyone to precaution and strongly condemn and accompany the campaign because they are in charge. We do not have the time or money to invest as well as work hard to get a trick. Trusted indexes are negative and dangerous to stay away.

So if you know that he's a scammer the best thing to do is don't talk to him, let him talk and waste his time with you. But if really insist that he is not a scammee that he really wants to help you then you can do is that listen to him record what he is saying and later on you can post it on social media or report it on authorities .

I have been deceived a lot, ICO and bounty missions, but I think ICO is an option, we can reduce our losses from fraud by reducing investment or prohibiting investment in ICO!

I think there is not much we can do with them. We should warn thers if we see a scam project and learn how to identify such things and avoid them at any cost.
