Data sharing, which seems to be the main-use case, demonstrated in the cross chain interoperability demo is not the main issue on the IoT-project agenda.

For large scale offline IoT capabilities the Blockchain based IoT-processing might be challenging?

Having shareable data needs a lot of ingestion and pre-processing of IoT-data and there a quite already some projects dealing with Blockchain based data-sharing.
In total the white-papers are pretty academy, which is not bad at all, in addition some more business benefits and use-cases cases beyond data-sharing would be great.

I saw some guys worn IOTEX signature.
So what are purposes of them?
Simply free supports or wearing it for payments?
I searched using Google Search, but I can not find information on IOTEX signature campaign, that is not presented in the OP.

Those whom you saw with the IoTeX signature are representatives of the project.

We believe that Iotex Chats will be a valuable addition to the Iotex ecosystem. During the work of the site, we have already received a large number of positive feedback from community members. The project is under active development. The project has its own team of programmers, ready at any time to solve new technical problems and make new improvements.

What is implemented at the moment:

The site is optimized for work and on mobile devices. There is a search by keyword and date. It is possible to read the chat you want in your native language using Google Translate. The translation is not perfect, but it will allow you to receive the latest news as quickly as possible from the first sources. iotex is now working on ethereum, is a token erc20. for etherscan, you can watch the transaction. But if you are interested in a test transaction token, the site iotex.io is Explorer, it shows transaction test tokens

Like usual, IoTeX next bi-weekly AMA will be a TECH one this Friday, January 4, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM PST.
