What you have just described sounds very much like what is commonly referred to as a Ponzi. Promoting or participating in one usually results in getting red tags.

Most of the time people dont pay attention to simple details like that.

The hair is the same, every single strand!

Well spotted about the photo-shopped image. If you have a fake CEO then by definition it is a scam.
