My account is alright, nothing was done and, from my point of view, it was not hacked. Try to write to the Coinbase support, they must help you

Have you look to the transaction history?
Coinbase wasn't hacked because if it did, many are going to have that complain and it will be on the news. You probably logged in to a phishing link where the hacker is just monitoring your move and when he has chance to do so, he robbed you.

So sorry to hear that my friend. That is why it is necessary to check your wallet every day. It is very dangerous to leave your wallet without checking it for a while. There are so many groups of hackers that are waiting for this kind of mistakes by users.

I will suggest you to use hard wallets instead of wallets in web or mobile phones. Nothing can beat them when security is important. I know they cost a bit and are less comfortable in everyday use, but when you put it into the shelf in your room, no one can get your money.

I guess its nothing but fud. there are no evidences about the incident happened moreover many details are missing. I would suggest you to use 3/4 different wallets that will of course minimize your loss. And most important thing I personally do not believe because I had more than one coinbase wallet since 2013 and till now its working fine. It keeps the record of each and every details of login quoting your IP address each time.
I guess either this is some phising attack or something like that or you didn't set up your account security. Next time enable all 2fa/google authenticator/mail log in etc.

I do not think Coinbase is hacked. What might happen is probably the account you were using is hacked. I would suggest you to check your wallet everyday it is important.

The weight of what you are saying can bring the cryptocurrency market down for months in which I know you will not be happy if it happens. Before you post such news ask your friends to log into the website so that you can be sure if it's only your account that was hacked.

It is very unfortunate. But try to recall that in this period have you ever downloaded any unrelated or new program to your device which is logged in with the coinbase? If you have then try to figure out whether this program is the reason for your loss.

my advice is to be safe ur email address , don't give ur email id to any one. plz dont register with anyone 3rd party apps or any other ico programme or airdrop forms. Plz keep it safe secure ur email id don't even give to friends. when u registered in coinbase 2 fa authentication is great to have so that whenever anyone hack or login with ur email id u will get notified without 2 fa nobody can access or withdraw the funds. Except if anyone reset ur account with ur login credentials , like example the passwords logic or same passwords using for diff accounts like facebook or gmail or any other . plz avoid that kind of passwords keep it safe and secure the password first. if anyone reset ur password or email plz check back ur inbox or spam folder try to see it the ip address try to find it report in cyber crime department hopefully maybe they can trace .

I am extremely sorry for you. You should have checked your coinbase or wallet every single day. The crypto world is not safe for the normal users who are not cautious about their wallets. Hackers can easily understand that you haven’t logged in your wallet for a while.

Yesterday, I logged into my Coinbase account after a long time and ... It's empty,
I have a small amount BCH and BTC there. 2 transactions were just made and sent all my BCH and BTC to somewhere.
Before that, I did not recieve any email, or 2FA SMS.
Now I lost all and dont know why.
Check the transactions.May be your account got hacked I get email alerts regularly that some one is trying to access my coinbase account from android apps I have 2FA and SMS and change my password regularly and I don't understand how my password is cracked by hackers.May be there is some insider involved in selling account data

I don't think it was a multy users hack, from what you say, the only victim was you, so, maybe you have a virus in your phone and computer and that way the hackers get access to your login data. It could be a physical hack too, maybe you leave your PC on and some one get access to it, or some one get your access data with a MITM attack at some coffe shop. Try to figure out how it happen to avoid it happens again.

You are absolutely right, sometimes it is worth spending a little investment to protect your bigger investment. So many bad people are out there who are always looking to exploit vulnerable systems, it is important to keep our assets as safe as we can.

that is absolutely just a rumor, coinbased not just a small thing like your account it is a huge platform and it is not a easy task to hacked it, one can never do it just like that so I would request you to not to believe such kind of false newses.

Have you contact the support staff of coinbase ? I think your balance can be recovered if the mistake on their site. But if you find it the mistake because your account got hacked, then it cannot be helped anymore. Anyway, always do not leaving your exchange account too long.

To assume that Coinbase is hacked and the whole of crypto market have not taken some massive hit in price is what amazes me in Op and could pass off as a troll. Looking at his post history, it seems this account is only meant to complain about one thing or the other. Someone registered years back and made only seven posts with majority in investors based games and complains. If you want to be taken seriously, you need to do more than just posting some random thoughts without support. Hackers are getting smart day by day, now they can hack any website.
Of course they are and that is why its expected that platform custodians are also getting up to date about their security infrastructure. Coinbase knows this and I hope they continue to live up to this responsibility.
