Ok, so now many people say that gox got robbed.
But there isn't any official tatement about this.
So again, did Mt.Gox get actually robbed, or is it just a rumour?

inside job, karpeles has the funds. and is now saying another dude is the CEO so that guy has the legal ban of being a CEO for x years due to bankruptcy. leaving karpeles free to start up again.

this is why i hate authorities. its clear as day what has happened, but there wont even be an investigation. filing bankruptcy is a piece of paper to sell a $10 domain name.. as thats all that gox is worth

MtGox themself say they are missing 740k Bitocins.  Yah, they really got robbed.

The only question is by who,  outsiders, insiders, or the management?

It is now confirmed on MtGox.com
They are missing MANY MANY bitcoins.

Let's hope that people with less than 1 btc will get their money back....

MtGox moved the coins out to other wallets where they were then split and moved to other wallets and so on.
This is the biggest scam in BTC history and the fat slimey fuck is at the centre of it
check out the tell tale patterns in the block chain transactions for February.
There were known Gox wallet addresses doing this and hundreds of 1000's of coins are still in the wallets.
Karpeles is not only lying through his teeth but he is expecting everyone to believe this crap.
very in depth explanation from a reddit user (posted here also) on how it was done.

Yifu is a Saint compared to this cunt,

cheers,

Usually the most simple explanation is right. Gox is missing both fiat (~$30m) and BTC (~$400m).

Chances are:
a) robbed by hackers/scammers (not possible according to most experts)
b) robbed by insiders (possible, but must have been going on for a long time)
c) were running a ponzi scheme to begin with (the fact that so much fiat is lost would point to this option)

answer to your question: No, YOU get robbed. Smiley

Mtgox made a lot of money and he will spend them with girls in a while from now(after everything will be settle and forgotten). Smiley
