Either of these two cryptos mentioned by the OP will have their market cap and price to grow. That also depends how the team behind these cryptos work hard round the clock to give full support and updates to keep the token competitive. Moreover, the demand of the people towards these cryptos can be a game changer that will wake up the sleeping giant.

I don't think so difficult maybe if the bear market end
Not possible to reach that's price if the market completely become better
Nothing doubt stratis is one of the promosing coins but i am not for Qtum because i can't follow that coin

There are many coins with high potential for growth, but until the downward trend of the entire market will not change, new capital will not come. My favorites for the coming months are Electroneum and Syscoin.

I come to here to see some references but people still write their recommendations with just saying that the idea is good / the developoment or the roadmap is good, without any detail information on it like what is the idea and the target of the project, what is the team project doing right now or what is coming soon from this project.

Talking pump and dump altcoin price is likely to occur. Altcoin prices are still low so many investors will save a lot of money in particular altcoins. And usually they will be incorporated into a group, which we call it as pump and dump group, and maybe you have been in into the group. Unless with bitcoin, there will be hard to make bitcoin price up drastically (without any good information) because they already now the price of bitcoin has been expensive.

Stratis have half a marketcap of QTUM
At one point, Stratis was one of the FOMO coins where it pumped like crazy and everyone was chasing it because it offers blockchain solutions which is what the real world needed
But at one point i think they delivered their update late based on the roadmap
And it stop the trend where people buy it and everyone went to some other coins

However, Stratis does have a good fundamental here as it offers end to end solution for people who wanted to get into the industry
Thus, i believe Stratis can go up pretty fast but 30-50x take time tho

Tezos is in 18th coinmarketcap, with a total marketcap of $ 830,543,642 USD, maybe it can indeed be as a sleeping giant, if they go back to 6 $ then it will happen, but why does Tezos not enter binance?

When the market is dropping like today many coins look dead, even DOGE which is the second crypto after bitcoin also looks difficult, very tight competition is certainly the cause of many giants sleeping, and some of the giants that I believe are skyrocketing again are Waves, Byteball and Ethereum Classic.
