Birdcoin Dev, I need you.
Gotta have a look at the wallet, how it handles large transactions. I know the windows wallet doesn't handle large transactions well, randomly failing, I think this is the root of the problem with the pool, people cashing out with big transactions, the wallet is freezing up, processing them, but not returning TXID's and fooling my payout system. It may not even be a bug in the code but just an overload of the wallet's transaction capabilities, but someone who knows what they're doing with it needs to have a look at the code. I'm just not that good with C.

Yeah, I've decided that was a lost cause so I'm working on it myself. Cleaned a few things up and I'm going to try to at least have a Chinese translated Beta version out in a few hours! There's some stuff I'm going to try with the transaction handling to see if I can make the server run a little better. |

Nothing fishy about it.. There's coins in the wallet, just not as much as the system thinks SHOULD be, so the liquid asset shows a negative. But yes, it's impossible for the wallet to have an actual negative balance.
Why are you guys reposting stuff I said a few days before? All that stuff is fixed now, and everyone is credited. |

Everything's back to normal, our messed up balance is fixed, and hopefully our fast block find rate won't screw up the DB anymore. I'll be keeping a watch on it. When we build up some more coin, I'll kick everyone some extra for the blocks that got wiped (5 I think). Thanks for your patience, everyone! It's 6AM and I've been up all night, so I'll see yall tomorrow!

Still can't sync my birdcoin wallet, maybe there aint much to sync too? If a few people leave their wallets running for a few days it might give newcomers a point to sync to. Also some fresh nodes would be helpfull.
I've got all those birds but without a working wallet no way to send them out somewhere.

addnode=120.145.149.109 Glad you got it going. The dev might not be around but I am. I will be maintaining the project. I'm working on the Chinese translation. I stayed up all night last night, today's my birthday actually. I just need to get my dev tools into my new Windows VM and I'm gonna try to compile the Chinese translation.. What I did was translate strings to Chinese, then back to English and see if it still made sense. Some things I changed to try to make it easier to understand because after translation it didn't make any sense at all. Freakin google translate. Anyway, hopefully I'll have a test build up today. |

That's true, but the Bird is the Word! It's been around a little over a month and its still alive, so I think it'll do some good if it gets into an exchange. The chinese version hopefully will help get into an exchange! |
