This is now some days ago, I also know that the address is only for seven days active.
Till now I didn't receive anything on the destination wallet, I also already wrote some mail to the support but sadly without reaction.

Please pay attention ^Quote this implies that the minimum amount must be within one transaction. Nevertheless, you have been answered by mail, and your case should be resolved as soon as possible.

Smaller transactions will be regarded as a donation since it makes no business sense to conduct them

It's not a scam, I proved it (0.001) I got my mixed bitcoin about 1-2 hours after sent it.

I already sent BTC (more than the min of 0.003 BTC) to the given wallet.

If you sent more than 0.001 you will get charged a fee, maybe you will receive 0.0028.. (low or more), And, now (after 24 hours), I am really sure you have received that mixed.

I am glad to hear that. Name or username is a basic thing for marketing, if you have a good name and the same as your product, that possibly brings trust for all your service.

And, I just have a question about free mixing, if (for example) I have 0.003 btc and just want use your free mixing service, Is still free if I used it multiple time mix? For example, I mix 0.001 a minute ago, then after a minute, I sent again 0.001 btc, so on after 0.003 spent.

if it can be used like that, most likely people can use it to abuse your 5% commission.

No Cloudflare

So, what happened to this? I can't even load your clearnet website in Tor browser, because of "Performance & security by Cloudflare"... I've been looking at various rotating circles for about 10 minutes now. Once in a while Cloudflare shows it's (tracking) captcha, but it never completes.
You can't provide privacy while using Cloudflare.

It was told that it will be refunded. I am now waiting till I receive the coins to start ONE new order with at least 0.003, but it seems if the min is raised to 0.005 BTC.

I suppose that now that the signature campaign has been launched on the forum this thread should be revitalized in some way, especially considering what is said in the OP:

Embedded scoring algorithm verifies invested money  and  allows only clean BTC enter the system. Thus, we achieve two main security goals:
1)   end users never get their own coins back
2)   no coins from dubious sources penetrate into the system

In theory, this should avoid money laundering accusations, such as those charged against Chip Mixer.

As far as I can see, since I wrote this post the OP has been edited and I see no explicit reference to "clean" coins or avoiding "coins from dubious sources".

Has the policy on this changed?

I just watched the video on the [banned mixer] website and these references are still made.

Your issue is not quite clear, that is why you are being ignored here.

What exactly happened? Did you contact their support? You might as well send a PM to [banned mixer] for a quicker response.

he received a response after the reaction of icopress, the funds will be refunded because the service could not handle two transactions (whatever that means).
8 days have passed since the first time gtibe complained about the problem, I must say that it is already a long period to resolve. Also, if the system cannot handle some kind of transaction, such a thing would have to be disabled when creating the request.

Another observation.

I don't know if I saw this right but, the minimum bitcoins to be mixed is different in the FAQs (0.005 BTC) as compared to the mixing page (0.003 BTC)


Some correction is required either in the FAQs section mixing page.

Any update about this? Now is a minimum of two weeks since this was first reported, and we have no update from either side.
Everyone's reputation is very important on the Bitcointalk forum, that's why I'm a little surprised that things like this are easily ignored by the service owner.

Did you check the Tor address will Tor browser? Did you copy paste it as https an worked??!
I had to change to http to work.
