I've explored a lot of mixers here, the best one is chipmixer which gives us for free to mix our bitcoins. then i tried another mixer like Yomix where it's not free but they give us a chance to edit the fee to be low with the consequence of low privacy. I tried also mixtum and Mixy, good, all going smooth my clean bitcoin received succefully, but like you said we can't costume fee like Yomix, maybe they think it's for the best, but for me it's quite expensive to spend more than 30K satoshi fee  .

I think you misunderstood me, because obviously you haven't tried the free mix option, because when you get the BTC address for the deposit you get the following warning :
