What I noticed though is the fact that the card is protected with a transparent plastic which is supposed to be removed (at least, in case the owner wants to have access to the private key). But the protection seems impossible to be removed. I am afraid that if I'll try to scratch it with my fingernail or something sharp I may damage the card. Any idea about how to remove that transparent protection? (Perhaps cygan knows more about this technicality?)

the card is laminated on both sides and to get the private key it is sufficient to remove the hologram with e.g. a carpet knife or another sharp and pointed object. only the part around the hologram will be 'destroyed'. between the holo and the pk (as qr-code) there is a piece of paper to provide further protection

btw i'm glad you like the card and that it arrived without any problems

If the glue is too strong I'd use a hairdryer or heatgun to gently melt the glue and remove it. It should work

It seems our cards are a success!  

The cards are definitely a success! I just received today "my card" and it looks incredible! It's so shiny that it was actually difficult to take a proper photo, as so much light was reflected by the card!

I said "my card" between quotation marks because, in fact, it is DYING_S0UL's card He won it at your third raffle but he was very nice and allowed me to have his prize, due to crypto ban from his country. He did not want to risk having the card confiscated (or face other unpleasant situations) and allowed me to receive the card instead. Thank you DYING_S0UL for your generosity! And thank you MixTum for these raffles!

Aww, Gazeta  , it was my pleasure. It would have been a waste if you hadn't received it. Think of it as a small token of appreciation from me, since you know very well how my situation is with "CRYPTO".

I have a question though (please don't take it as criticism, as it's not criticism, but merely curiosity): isn't it possible that the lamination to fully-cover the card? As I shown in that picure from above, there is like 1mm distance between that film covering it and the margins of the card. This was also what made me think that the respective film should be removed Isn't it possible to have it covering the card entirely?

to come back to your question about the 'complete' lamination of the card, it is technically not possible for us to laminate the cards as a 'whole' - unfortunately our hardware does not allow us to do this

Confirmed. I also just checked it, and the mixtum site works fine in my browser (chrome).
GazetaBitcoin, you can try to clear your browser cache, use incognito mode, or use another browser. If that doesn't help, then you can try to access the site through another ISP. Maybe Cloudflare is blocking your IP or perceives your connection as insecure for some reason.

So even with Tor, if i try to access the clearnet version of the website I end up in the infinite loop of checking if I am human (perhaps I am not human? )

If that doesn't help, then you can try to access the site through another ISP.

This is weird... I just tried to open the website from my phone, using my mobile data package (which is provided by another ISP than the one providing my Internet connection for my PC) -- and the site opens Oo

I did not see that being stated. I just saw the function of mixing my coins when I tried the Telegram bot. It asked me to enter the address, from which I would like to send coins to the mixer. That is why I wonder, if it is possible to use the mixer without visiting the site, but only via Telegram bot. I was asking, not stating

Oh, I understand. Interesting! Now you made me curious as well Still, I would not use Telegram. I don't mean that I would not use Telegram possibility for mixing coins, but I would not use Telegram platform at all.
Anyway, perhaps MixTum can offer some light on this matter?

these cards have a redundancy in the qr-code, i.e. if you accidentally scratch the private key a little, you can recover the funds. you can lose up to 30% of the qr-code without any problems

if you were to damage the qr-code when removing the hologram with your sharp object, you still have the option of reading the private key for the BTC address given on the card from this qr-code and importing it into your own wallet
i hope you now know what i mean with redundancy
