Black Arrow - HSBC account TERMINATED

In case this hasn't posted before:

A couple of months ago I have added Black Arrow as a 'Registered Account' in my online banking in order to transfer a larger sum.

Today I have realized that their account has been TERMINATED and now shows 'NAME NOT FOUND'.

There's always somebody spreading FUD about this outstanding company. No, I'm not a fanfoi, and I can prove it. Go over to Black Arrow's thread and bump any posts of mine that you find.

My order was paid via a SWIFT wire transfer to their HSBC account (015-784242-838) on 25 November 2013, I'm still waiting on delivery or a refund.
