ETH is widely used by ico's and other stuffs as well as the technology is way better than btc (for me) however eth is still being dependent to btc simply because it is the origin and actually all coins do the same.

because bitcoin has a limited supply so it becomes a bone of contention, because bitcoin is the first crypto currency that was created, because the highest price among others. because all crypto currencies use blockchain technology which is the platform of bitcoin, while ETH? Its reputation is still far behind with bitcoin

Because eth is an altcoin that the idea was just came from bitcoin as it's hopeful that its fate will be like in bitcoin. Also bitcoin's popularity and dominance in crypto currency had just led to leave altcoins to the ground plus the fact that many had put their trust to bitcoin than any of altcoins. If eth will achieve all of these, then somehow there's a probability.

It is very difficult to compete with Bitcoin, which will always be number 1. It is much more popular among wealthy investors. But I find that number 2 is also very good and ETH is a deserved king of altcoins.

What you are failing to tell us is what makes the wallet the best, the blockchain the best, and the faster than btc, well since it has the ability to process more transactions per second than btc anyway, we can give it that. No one is disputing the fact that ETH is a good one to hold and it has a lot of prospect in the long run, but this does not mean there still cannot be room for improvement and for it to be the first, it must be ready to give us even a better one than you are trying to claim.

today CBOE have good news for ethereum, why this year ethereum not mooning? because a lot of ICO in erc20 not success or scam..

I am not very sure where you got good news from CBOE from, but one thing I am sure of is that ETH is still an altcoin and all altcoins still remain the same as long as they cannot really stand on their own and everything is still fixed in movement when relating to bitcoin. That alone I believe is enough to suppress it from hitting the top. Also, all these fixation of people on the top is simply based only on market cap, and it is not like it really means much anyway.

Maybe because Ethereum can't beat bitcoin for now that's why his only next to bitcoin maybe in future but ethereum is really good and we'll hope that it would be mooning by the end of this year.
