Deposited and traded some on the site.
Later the account is locked for withdrawls, both coins and fiat.

No answer from support for over a week, both english and russian sent.

Seen many having issues with this site, would not advice anyone to use them, there is really no good reason, loads of trouble compared to any other site.

I am one of the ones who had trouble with BTC-e recently (malleability), but they eventually fixed my issue (after many headaches and ~2 weeks).

What do you mean when you say 'the account is locked for withdrawals'? Has the account been banned?
