Well i have a few arguments:
1) I work for SkillRoad and i don't even touch the BTC
2) We do need every contribution possible as hardware and human work are not for free...
3) We are promoting our community outside btctalk, and as you already know people come here to register for the first time, so don't be surprised about it!
4) If you think that the only thing that makes a sockpuppet is activity then you should reconsider.

ohh and the last one we are currently developing a efficient formula that will help us identify those who take advantage of the system. Stay tuned for more info, as we will open a special thread to discuss this matter!

MY CONCERNS AND FEEDBACK

1) More skepticism is still needed here. First of all you give a lot of time for creating fake multi accounts on BTT for these who don't want play fair. But the biggest problem is you make your own team stake much bigger. I think members stake should be 75% of all stake, because there will be twice more and possibly even three times more stakes of members what multiplies big fund stake automaticly! And none of members would like such big supply of NXTLs hitting market in future killing our investments.

2)  On which Witch were you meeting? Your english is still much better than Skillroad has. It was his announcements in engrish slang which could have made few people confused and thinking that at 20th April IPO is ending... maybe you need one more meeting on a witch

3) & 4)
Why time for creating alpha client needs to be the same time of IPO end? What is amount of BTC you need for NXTL kick off? Is there any plan?
If you don't know it than how we will know you know how to spend it and that it won't be wasted? There should be spending plan so all would see where this money will go exactly.

Since IPO will be not in this week or in another but in 35 days, nearly 5 weeks from now(!!!) it wakes up big concerns about reasons of this. First thing people and especially actual members will think will not be how democratic IPO it is but how greedy are IPO makers. Remember my words...

If IPO would end today there would be 1822 stakes with value of ~549 000 NXTL each.

With 3500 stakes value of each will be ~286 000 NXTL. And you still say that potentially more stakes can be added...

If IPO will keep this pace of 48 new members per day it will end with 1680 more members. It makes sum of 2773 members and stakes and if it's 60% of all than it ends with 4621 stakes with value of 216 000 NXTL. Do you see this BIG difference?

Each new member decreases value of earlier stakes for their owners. This can make people angry when they get to know that their stake will in next month loose half of it's value, possibly much more.
 
But people don't realise that each new stake is adding also new 0.4 stake for NXTL fund too! As i explained in 1).

5) It is critically important for community. It critically increases risk of investment of first members. This makes investment of first members less valuable because now they are small minority. IPO should price first members more than others because of bigger risk they took and doubling stake you made their investment worth half of what it was.

IMO Joining fee should be increased to keep value of actual members stakes higher. Also BTT posts requiremement should be increased because you gave much more time for creation of fake accounts.    

6) Success in gathering many members and a lot of money. But did you think what will happen when all these people will start trading their NXTLs to make profit of their investment? xD

7) The problem of NXT was bad distribution making few big fishes rich but at least lots of coins were hold and not spent driving value and price up. In distribution with too many small fishes you can create even bigger problem of massive sell off on start when you need good possition in coinmarketcap the most but i hope i'm wrong here. Also that's why i'm scared of price drop after bigger amounts of NXTLs from that future massive 40% of stake fund hitting market.    

It's hard to keep interest of people especially when they will think that nobody cares of them changing quality into quantity without respect to them. Let these people decide the shape of this coin. Ask them because they are supposed to be members and CO-OWNERS of this coin. That's true egalitarism. Not making their vote less important by multiplying votes endlessly.    

I of course focus on disadvantages of cool project. I hope it will have epic kick off
