We would like to announce two new partnerships, both of which ought to expose the Max Crowdfund platform to an enormous global audience.  These partnerships will allow the collaborating platform users to invest in the projects listed on Max Crowdfund using their own tokens (once the correct licenses have been obtained).

The first partnership we would like to announce is with AssetStream, a micro-finance platform with a commitment to social equality.  It services a broad audience in the developing world, including its 1.7 billion unbanked citizens. 

MPG and AS are working on a direct integration between Max Property Group’s and AssetStream’s blockchain platforms. This will allow the users of AssetStream to participate in Max Property Group’s investment opportunities directly from the AssetStream platform through security token swaps.  For more details, please find the press release reposted here.

The second partneship is with English Forward, the World's largest English learning community, with over 250 million users served since it's inception. English Forward is a community website and innovative English education platform.  Both tutors and learners on the platform will be able to access MPG's investment products directly from English Forward, exposing the Max Crowdfund platform and its listed products to a millions of people worldwide.  (The press release will follow as soon as the article has been approved by both parties and posted by editors.)

Additional partnerships will be announced soon, in line with our intention to expand collaborations and encourage the mass adoption of Max Crowdfund, and with it the MPG blockchain and MPG tokens.

Dear MPG Community,

On Friday of last week, we received the incorporation documents for Max Crowdfund B.V., Stichting Max Crowdfund Escrow Foundation and Stichting Max Crowdfund Security Trustee Foundation, which are all necessary for the applications to the financial authorities licenses that we are seeking.  The ownerships and functions fo these companies are as follows:

Max Crowdfund B.V. - This company is 100% owned by Max Property Group B.V. and will be the operator of the Max Crowdfund platform
Stichting Max Crowdfund Escrow Foundation - This Foundation will act as the escrow agent for an account that is being applied for with TransferWise.  This will allow Max Crowdfunfd users to load their balances with 21 different currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, AUB, BRL, CAD, CHF, DKK, HKD, JPY, NZD, PLN, TRY, SGD, SEK and several others.

Stichting Max Crowdfund Security Trustee Foundation - This Foundation will act as the Security Trustee which will register the charge on the projects/properties in which users can invest through Max Crowdfund.

Once the development team has integrated the automated KYC and linking of the bank accounts, users will be able to load their balance and make direct investments in the available fundraise projects. This will be a major step towards the platform's intended functionality.

The following steps are to be completed: automated pay outs, reporting system, requirement to have MPG tokens for the creation of assets, investment in the assets, transfer of assets, listing property, registering property management details, etc.

Hi you can pass kyc now. Normally team announced a deadline for that but you can take your tokens if you  pass kyc most probably.

MPG deposit and withdraw. For security reasons, exchange is currently updating nodes of some coins. Due to this, deposit and withdraw options were disabled for MPG to avoid loss of funds. Team Token Release From Lock-In Period

We are delaying the team token release date, which was supposed to start on the 1st July 2019, to until we have obtained our license from the Dutch Financial Authorities (AFM). We expect this process to take approximately 4-5 months, but a fixed date cannot be provided. We will of course keep you informed of our progress and, as soon as we have a date, we will announce it on our channels.

MPG Token Burn Events

As you are aware, we are burning 40,000,000 MPG tokens on the 12th of july during our "Live MPG Token Burn Event" in the MPG head office in Rotterdam. These tokens have just been transferred from the PRE-ITO account (ARDOR-EJE2-QCZZ-66YB-7AGW8) to a specific burn account (ARDOR-4778-V7PK-JEL9-23NYA).

We can now announce that we will also burn all the remaining MPG tokens in the PRE-ITO and ITO PHASE I wallets, which come to combined total of 216,156,780.12 MPG tokens. These two burns combined will take over 21% of the MPG tokens out of circulation!!!

Dates for when additional burns will take place will be announced during July.

Platform Fees Updated Due To Blockchain Integration

We are delighted to announce that the blockchain integration process has begun, and some of the fees on the Max Crowdfund platform are now being charged in MPG tokens. More details about the fees can be found on these pages:

The new bounty campaign is launched on BountyOx platform. just go there and check the latest bounties, I think this is the second or third week actually.

There is another promotion telegram and this is like an airdrop. One can get 75 MPG tokens and 700 ESTATE tokens. If you are new to MPG you would have to register on the platform and do KYC. For old bounty participants, it would be only 3 Tweets and sign upon exchange for the ESTATE wallet address.

Max Property Group Burns 50 Million MPG Tokens

In line with Max Property Group’s (MPG) commitment to burn the remainder of the MPG tokens held in its PRE-ITO and ITO PHASE I wallets, 50 million tokens were burned on the 19th August 2019, when the remaining tokens from the PRE-ITO wallet were sent to the Ardor burn address. More information about the official Ardor Burn address can be found here.


The company’s first burn event took place in July 2019 and Max Property Group has already confirmed that the remaining tokens from the ITO phase I wallet will also be burned. MPG will burn over 200,000,000 MPG tokens. So far, close to 90,000,000 MPG tokens (or 9% of the total supply) have been burned and just over 20% of the MPG tokens will have been burned once the next burn event has happened. MPG did not announce the burn event so as not to influence the market of the MPG tokens. MPG Tokens

To perform a transaction on the Max Crowdfund platform, fees are charged in Euros but paid in MPG tokens. The MPG tokens used on the platform are instantly burned, thus diminishing their supply. The fees are charged in Euros in order to ensure transaction costs are stabilised in case the MPG token value were to increase dramatically as a result of its diminishing supply.
The platform is now functional on the MPG blockchain, with the MPG token being used to pay for certain transactions such as creating a support ticket, voting for a charity and paying transactions fees when making an investment, in line with the company’s development roadmap. Additional transactions, such as creating fundraising projects (in the form of security tokens), will also soon be charged in MPG tokens, as soon as the development team has completed the integration step of adding assets to the MPG blockchain.
