Well you activity goes up by 14 every two weeks. Just check how much activity you need for the next rank, and then you will know about how many weeks you need to wait.

nahtnam is a Sr M bc his activity is >= at 240, he will get 0.0009/post and he was saying he would get 0.001/post if the rate was 0.0001 more

He will become a Hero M when his activity reachs 480

If you make atleast 14 posts every two weeks, then your activity goes up by 14. If you make less than 14 posts every two weeks, then your activity equals to your post count.
