What new feature could potentially make bitcoin more valuable?

I don't know id smart contract will really help bitcoin boost up since there are already platforms doing it. Somehow I think its just what it is, the demand of BTC can simply make it go up than its ATH last year. Perhaps the ETf approval will make it happen but I'm pretty sure its just the demand of BTC and people investing and merchants accepting it.

I don't think that new features making it more valuable, actually it doenst have any lak of features if you see it's all features. It is using more advanced level security and algorithms.

I think the primal design of bitcoin was good enough that we witnessed how it turns out to be financially valuable.

"Decreasing the transaction verification time" is one of the features of bitcoin that should be improved. Developers are working on these already. The LN is one way to improve these, but there are still gray areas with this projects. It hasn't proven anything yet.

A built-in Mixer service to mix your coins, because you now have to use 3rd party mixer services to do this and that just adds

fees to Bitcoin transactions. I know some other coins have their own Mixer services, but Pseudo anonymity for Bitcoin is not

enough, we need 100% anonymity. If you do not want that, then use 3rd party exchanges with KYC/AML requirements to do

your tx's.

For me volatility should stop at least for a day. In this regard to allow people to use bitcoin and feel secured, I think it would be best to allow price change only once for a day and change will only be seen the next day. In this manner people can use bitcoin without the fear of losing so much because price are stable for a day.

You can't stop volatility, it's one of the key features of Bitcoin. Besides, volatility is something that traders make money on and exactly that attracts many users.
To my opinion something that could contribute to greater value of Bitcoin is acceptance by prominent businesses and wide spread usage in everyday life. But one of preconditions for that is positive regulation.

without etf approval i don't think btc need any kind of feature changes. this etf decision maybe the reason of falling down of price.
