That's a great idea, I'll create some with that as well. Any other suggestions?
Maybe "crypto" instead of cryptography. The latter makes the phrase a bit clunky.

I'm not really sure what an EPS style is, so I'm not sure what options would be optimal, and I couldn't upload it as an image. Photoshop did have an option to save it as an EPS though, so I uploaded it here: http://www.2shared.com/file/oXdn4aXn/bitcoin.htmli can make a SVG version

Personally, I think that "In math we trust" would be better than "In cryptography we trust", since more people would understand that. However, I think the whole "In xxx we trust" is a bad idea from a PR perspective, since whatever the xxx, it is obviously replacing "God". That will leave a bad taste in the mouths of very many people. Many fundamentalists would probably end up swearing off bitcoin for no other reason. There was actually a discussion about creating a bitcoin motto a while back in a very similar thread to this one: http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=6455.20My favorite suggestion from that thread is: Iunctum in Divortium (Unity in Division)

For a non-religious motto, how about a variation of "E Pluribus Unum" (Out of Many, One)? The English translation could be something like "Out of Many, Money" (which has a nice ring to it I think). I'm no Latin expert, but Google Translate tells me that "E Pluribus Pecunia" translates to English as "Out of Many, the Money."
EDIT: More playing with Google Translate suggests that "E Pluribus Pecuniam" may be more accurate.

Agreed. It also makes it seem too American. bytepimp, since everyone else is making requests, can I make one more: Simply replace the motto with 'Bitcoin' in exactly the same size and font as where it says Bitcoin on the top half.

Yes of course you may. I have no personal attachment to any "phrase" or symbols used on the coin design. I'm happy to help the cause. Keep the suggestions coming. If we're throwing around Latin mottos, "Vires in Cryptographia" = "Strength in Cryptography". (c.f. "Vires in Numeris" = "Strength in Numbers".)

"Vires in Numeris" = "Strength in Numbers" is appealing the most to me. It is simple and works on more than one level at the same time.

I agree. I like "Liberty starts with free money" too, but this one is shorter and indeed has multiple meanings "Free money" has a good and bad meaning imo. "Strength in numbers" is awesome.

I really like your graphics, bytepimp! If you have time, could you do one without the 2 circles on the coin next to the 'B'? The ones with 'b' and 'c' in them?

Just a front view of the coin without the background would be great.

"Vires in Numeris" = "Strength in Numbers" is appealing the most to me. Why in english language ? It should be 強さの数字 or 數字的力量
