Leftovers is used to pay next round despositers faster.

The sooner your deposits confirm, the better. So anything to make your deposits confirm quicker is good

Left over coins are carried into the next round for quicker payouts in that round

Thats the transaction ID of a payout the system made, I need the transaction ID(s) of your deposits which you think or wrong\should have been paid out earlier etc.

If coins are sent from your address (e.g. not a shared address) then yes. The reason for this is the system sends repayments to the address which the deposit is sent from, so if you send from a shared address, it is returned to the shared address and users never actually receive it!
