Advicing you to hold, and follow the news to unstand what is happening. You should be able to notice a recent rise, and theexplanation why.

Now a days we sometimes seeing the price of Bitcoin falling along with others also falling.
At that time if I have Bitcoin then what should I do ?
Should I sell or hold?
The perception factor also influences the price of Bitcoin. If Bitcoin gets a better perception, demand for Bitcoin will increase. Followed by the rising price of Bitcoin.

It is always better to hold rather selling when bitcoin price start fallen. I noticed that most investors take the advantage to accumulate coins and to me i call window of opportunity.

We see that Bitcoin price movements are getting better today, and to buy Bitcoin today I think you will have a higher risk, but if you have more money buying Bitcoin as an investment it's OK because I think until the end of 2018 the price will rise higher. So I suggest to keep holding your Bitcoin and buy Bitcoin if you have more money.

If I tell you that the price was $1000 last year around January and it went up all the way to more than $19,000, would you

rather hold the bitcoins for a while longer or would you risk selling now and losing out on all the potential gain, IF the price

goes up to those levels again? The thing is that nobody knows where it will go to and what your financial position is now. If

you need money now and you made a profit, then you can sell... but if you do not need the money now and you can hoard it,

then I will advise you to hold.  Grin

I would only keep buying at various levels, that's what I would do for various price falls and reserve some capital for also buying more whne more bearish action is seen. Presently we would only keep a track at various support levels and have to mark them accordingly as per the history and the decide the trade actions. Also, my final aim would be To book some profit as well which I would do on bullish market.

Advice from me you better hold it first because the price of bitcoin is now unstable, it's hard to predict and if you sell it for sure the loss you get, if you can hold it in the long run this will be more profitable considering the price. but if you are forced to sell Bitcoin because you are pressed by your daily needs, sell only part of it, then invest in several legitimate ICO projects, it can give you a quick profit, but be careful in choosing an ICO project, because there are many fraudulent projects.

depending on market conditions, if you buy bitcoin when the market is bearish, then you have to wait for the bullish market to sell it.

I think only stupid people buy bitcoin when a market is bearish and also sell when market bearish.

You must always check each crypto market chart.

if I have Bitcoin then what should I do ?Should I sell or hold?

have you heard about it: "buy low and sell high". let's say you buy when the price is $ 6500, so you sell when the price is $ 7000. then you wait when the price is below $ 7000 and you buy again, and you sell when the price is more than 7000 $. but you can also use another option if you do not know the technical analysis or do not have time to spend hours on the computer watching the charts, this strategy is to buy and hold for a long time, something like hold for 2 years.

Well, there would be a time that we are having this kind of scenarios but as far as I can see one of the essential thing that we should continously do is to work, and wait, working smart here is not always about how we can actually be productive in a certain period of time but instead how we can be possibly productive at downest times.

If its in the early stages of falling then i suggest you sell quickly. However, you will probably be too late and price already fallen, in this case buy more to average down, or if it is freefalling then tether up or switch to usdt until the storm blows over.

as long as I trade I often experience this, bitcoin prices fall and sometimes continue, usually when there is an indication that bitcoin will fall I will buy USDT where the value tends to be inversely proportional to bitcoin and this will make me profit more when bitcoin falls

If you have a profit then you should sell, if you have a loss should keep the price increase to sell, if you are a trader to buy low price and sell a little higher price per day to make a profit.

if the fall is a small fall in bitcoin and it is a correction then there is nothing to do but buy more before the rise continues.
but if it is a big fall in bitcoin as a bigger correction then you may want to sell prior to the fall and buy back in the dip...

You are the one who came close to the way I would respond to op's quiz because I see it as a quiz and most people are saying to hodl. I believe also that there are certain times for hodl and when to sell and wait for another time to buy rightly. If you have the premonition that price is falling badly having checked your trade strategy, then why do I need to hodl when exchanges are all waiting for me to click the buy request when and anytime I'm ready to buy.

...but only if you are a trader not an investor.

I'm thinking the same way could also go for an investor since selling and buying back would give different profit.

yeah, i am always saying that you have to make up your mind about what you are going to do in this market. you can't be both at the same time but try to be other. you need to dedicate your attention to a certain strategy. if you trade then be a trader and don't hold when there is a drop and if you are an investor then don't complain about each fluctuation.

I do not really know if this is the right section for that.
It could be at trading discussion since you are now doubting the power of bitcoin.

If you are really having problems deciding then you could go sell it and try the trading section and find out if there will be help to grow it for now.
But as a bitcoin believer I would rather hold it and not look at the price.

Grin Grin
Hold it until the moment when bitcoin skyrockets in price so that you have a maximum profit gain. But if you can't wait till that happens my advise is to sell your bitcoin.

I will buy bitcoin again when prices go down, or hold back bitcoin. Because this is the right moment to buy bitcoin when prices fall. I am very optimistic if someday bitcoin will be used for everyday life.

Whenever bitcoin falls it unlock the investing potentials for others to invest in order to ideally hope for good market. I usually prefer to hld my coin and even if all things be equal prefer buying additional coin in store for better price. We all know that as far as prices drop there is high probality of prices to rise again no matter what happens.

The best strategy to take when the price of bitcoin drops is to acquire some more bitcoin because now you'll be getting a real world asset at a cheap premium. In order words you'll be getting more value for your money even though it may take some time to fully realize this in the long run. Do this and thank me later!

My own strategy is that I don't buy all at once , I will use ladder technique to accumulate it so l can see at safe side either price low or jump
