Try another pool.I was by hardcoreminers.now I`am by okaypool,and got my fitst meths.

Are you using CGWatcher to monitor and run CGMINER?  If not, I suggest you get it.

make sure you use --no-submit-stale on your cgminer, otherwise your worker gets banned from the pool..
