Honestly, how is this different than Mintcoin/Peercoin/Zeitcoin?  I'll definitely consider mining this, if there's any reason to believe that this coin isn't just another clone... |

Blackcoin already does this. Coins were distributed via proof of work mining and blackcoin is now 100% proof of stake (pos). No premine.
Mintcoin is also based on the same model but pays 20% interest. Has bigger dev team but was premined 1%.
