XHash has waaaaay too much of the network hash rate guys. I get that everyone wants to be receiving regular payouts, but this is a dangerous situation given the number of forks that have already occurred.

Please consider either switching pools, or at least setting up XHash + another pool to run in quota mode.

Guessing a lot of people are set to mine at XHash without a failover pool set up. Their pool is up and down like a hooker's knickers, and the network hash rate fluctuates accordingly.
