As the title says "POSSIBLE" so Im not directly accusing this user or saying that he abuse his power but I would like to hear other users opinion and I it will also highly appreciated if Mr. paxmao will respond on this.

Hi, I just found this thread, but I don´t have much to add ... I guess suspicions are just another ingredient on the forum.

My thoughts about all this:

Compiler, PeekPoke, Gothrum and other members frequently publish news and some of these posts get merit because they keep the Spanish section active and open to discussions.

I don´t know if any of those users are the same person - PeekPoke and Compiler sound very "ZX Spectrum" (you have to be 35 years or older to understand what I am saying), but in any case these are very active users and participate in many discussions, so it is not unusual if they give merit to each other I suppose.

I have always said that merit is easier to obtain in the Spanish section. I try to keep it that way because it is small and needs much more development and support to grow, so we need to keep good members active and happy.

I would love to be a part of your local board, it seems like its too easy to earn merits.

Of course, you can always join the Fit to Talk project to learn Spanish in there, and, after that, join the Spanish board. To learn another language is really useful, and, besides, the Spanish board is full of decent and passionate debates.
Nevertheless, you need to be a good user in the Spanish too, so maybe this is going to be difficult to earn any merit for you in there, as it is in here.  

EDIT:
I think this will be more clearer if the merit history dont get deleted every 120 days and it will be more useful for things like this.

Then its clearer for me now how you distribute merits to your local board, but then Mr. Compiler and Mr. Gothrum give each other a big amount of merits that is not reasonable so Im going to add them in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2896910.0
