1. QAcoin project themeQAcoin is a cryptocurrency developed based on the theme to preserve wisdom from all over the world into a blockchain. Its purpose is to match questioners with suitable responders.
Exchanges through Q&A platform that we plan to develop will semi-permanently be saved into a blockchain. These exchanges will be accumulated as truth that nobody can distort.
We will try to achieve this ultimate goal to preserve human wisdom through our QAcoin project. This project will progress through our core communication tools: questions and answers.

We will try to expand areas using QAcoin and to increase its value with transactions, such as rewards, tips, and donations through the Q&A platform.
Users of cryptocurrency communities that have developed earlier than QAcoin such as Discord and Twitter have rapidly increased and these communities becomes stronger and more advanced.
3. About ERC223QAcoin are Ethereum ERC223 standard tokens. Although ERC20 standard tokens are the most popular among those of Ethereum standards, ERC223 standard especially draws attention for being superior to ERC20. More specifically, ERC223 eliminates risks of lost tokens when transferring funds to a wrong contract address. We think the biggest problem of current cryptocurrencies is frequent occurrence of lost funds in case of handling errors caused by users. Therefore, we created a platform to ensure user security by using ERC223 standard for reducing such risks.
In addition, the largest benefit of ERC223 standard tokens is that their transaction fees are lower than those of other standard tokens. When using platforms that exchanges a small number of tokens like our project, lower transaction fees will make a quiet large advantage for users. ERC223 is also compatible with ERC20, the most well-known standard. Therefore, users can continuously use wallets such as MyEtherWallet and other services that can work with ERC20.
Although we will continuously improve functionality of our ERC223 standard QAcoin according to its usage purposes, the functions that QAcoin currently have are as follows:

• Burn and Mint
By using these functions properly, we can ensure user security when exchanging and possessing QAcoin.
4. About Q&A platformUsers can add value to our wisdom with QAcoin by exchanging questions with answers through two sections of the Q&A platform.
(1) General section
Questioners can provide rewards to responders and viewers can offer tips to questioners and responders if they think their questions or responses are useful through this Q&A platform.
With this system, we can create new added value towards questioners and responders by exchanging QAcoin through the Q&A platform. Furthermore, the system can visualize high value information, questioners, and responders. This will enhance not only the convenience of the platform itself but also QAcoin value.
(2) Professional section
This section will be made for asking questions directly to selected excellent responders. Users can contact your ideal responder through this section. We expect that these responders include professional experts, such as lawyers, accountants, doctors, and financial planners, as well as highly-rated users in the platform. Q&A platforms are usually easy for users to access. By using our Q&A platform, users can seek advice to professionals and easily find more accurate information.
In addition, these professionals can generate a new source of income and acquire new customers through our platform. This will also result in expansion of QAcoin usage areas.

Our goal is to drive 10 million users who become members of our Q&A platform by the end of 2019, and 100 million by the end of 2020. We will make full use of various ideas to achieve this goal. Once the number of our users has increased, QAcoin will become one of the largest cryptocurrencies in Japan. After that, we will develop infrastructure so that users can settle payments with QAcoin. This will cause further enhancement of its value.

5. Monetization We will work on monetizing our Q&A platform. The part of revenues will be used for QAcoin buybacks. This will result in maintaining its value for a long period.
Three methods for the current monetization are as follows:
(1) Advertisement
(2) Big data collection, including browsing history and question trends, and its sales
(3) Fees receiving from our industrial marketing research function*
*This function is to distribute QAcoin to our users who are selected by companies when using our user attributes.

A cosmetic manufacturer use our user attributes for marketing.
Purpose: to find a cosmetic package design that will be favored by women in their 20s.
Setting: Target audience 1,000 and QAcoin distribution 100, 000
Steps:
(1) Pay a fee to the Q&A platform
(2) Prepare QA 100,000 for distribution
(3) Randomly select 1,000 targeted female users in their 20s from the user attributes
(4) Ask 1,000 targeted users about their ideal package design.
(5) Pay QA100 to each targeted user after receiving their answers.
(6) Obtain 1,000 answers about their favorable designs.
With this function, companies can easily conduct marketing research at a relatively reasonable price and selected users of the platform can get QAcoin by participating in the research. The function will promote opportunities for companies to invest money to QAcoin and make a large contribution to increase the flow and value of QAcoin.
6. Q&A site usage in JapanWe conducted a questionnaire regarding frequent usage of Q&A sites toward Internet users by using Airdrop.
The result is:
• Usage of Q&A sites: 92%
• Frequent usage: 32% more than once a week, 54% more than once a month, and 6% less than once a month
This result shows that Q&A sites are an essential tool to collect information through the Internet.
While most Internet users think that they go to Q&A sites when it is difficult to find information through Internet search engines, some think they use these sites to seek advice when they have problems that they can’t tell anyone. In that sense, Q&A sites have similar function as anonymous social media apps.
Thus, Q&A sites are essential to collect information and communicate users through the Internet. Therefore, this project will be very valuable.

In the current cryptocurrency market, it is common that developers hold high percentage of their currencies. Risks of currency collapse caused by their disposal make investors concerned.
To avoid such risks, our developers will hold only 7% of QAcoin for its operation. Therefore, the fluctuation of QAcoin exchange rate will be minimized. We will try to achieve its clear operation.
Startup is used for expenses for PR activities towards various media, including websites, billboard, magazines, TV, and commercials, after our service launch, scheduled in January, 2019.
Others is used not only when distributing QAcoin by using Airdrop before getting listed on cryptocurrency exchanges but also when offering a very small amount of QAcoin to new users who register for our Q&A platform. This will assist to increase users of our Q&A platform. We will distribute a small amount of QAcoin so that it won’t affect the fluctuation of QAcoin exchange rate.

9. What can QAcoin change in the world?QA coin will assist us to achieve our ultimate goal to preserve human wisdom through questions and answers, our core communication tools.
Looking back at the history, there was book burning suppression called Funsho. Agencies with people in high class such as rulers and governors burn books or other written materials to control the general public. Suppression of particular thoughts, religions, academic studies, and history didn’t occur only in the old times. It also occurs at the present time. For example, freedom of speech restrictions, censorship, and book burning exist all over the world. In Japan, arbitrary selection of media coverage, and information manipulation and deletion by media occur without being aware of it too.
However, information registered into blockchains always remains as long as a piece of data into a public chain exists. Unless keeping data into blockchains is prohibited in all countries, data restrictions like Funsho is impossible to impose by any authorities. Thoughts, wisdom, and history we have created will continuously be protected.
To achieve this purpose, we will put our Q&A matching service by using a blockchain into practice and will drastically change the preconceived idea of wisdom preservation.
