STAY AWAY!!! MBIT voided my winnings stating I bet over .025 btc max bet rule. I tried to explain to CS agent Danielle that the terms states .025 is for FREE SPIN bonuses and NOT deposit bonuses as seen here.

This doesn't seem fair at all.  It's not listed on their ToS, but on a separate page (bonuses terms) and under the (wrong) section called "free spins".

If you accept a bet, you should honor it. I think it is completely and utterly unethical to accept a bet which would result in someone losing all their money for a ToS violation. If you can't write an if statement to enforce your own limits, then frankly you should not be running a casino. Or at the very least, do the fair thing and run a cron job that reverts all bets (wins or loses) that were above the max bet limit (so it doesn't benefit or harm players). Just voiding someone's entire account is totally unreasonable.

Unless mBit Casino disputes these facts, or can explain how having people accidentally violate the ToS so you can take their money isn't insanely predatory, I intend to leave negative trust as I did on bitstarz for the same nonsense.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Yeah, I believe they now enforcing the limit so that people didn't unwittingly violate it and have all their money taken (although AFAIK they never returned the money they unfairly took)

From the look of it, it seems this has also joined the bandwagon of sites that uses ToS instead of regulating would rather prefer use it for exploitation but little did they know that reputation have a spiral effect and most especially they have not stayed too long in the atmosphere of bitcoin for several people to vouched for them. What they successfully do is that they start the begining of the end of their investment.

How does your licensor Antillephone N.V. regulate you and where are these regulatory requirements stated?

Hello,
today after won 0.1 bitcoin, i received an email from Johanna with secutiry review, they want me my documents to be uploaded or they delete my account...
used only bitcoins... why do i need to upload my docs? for secutiry reasons i dont want to do this, she wrote:

"This is standard procedure of our casino and any other casino out there. Feel free to email support@mbitcasino.com"
and
"I understand. Please do read the terms and conditions of other bitcoin casinos. Regardless of the payment method, you are suspected of breaching our terms"

so guys in any moment, they can block your account and say "you are suspected of breaching terms, upload your documents"...

They pull out KYC on almost any winning player and they accuses them of cheating, multi-accounting etc.
Thats how they operate since launch.

Oh I don't know I have no problems with getting paid.

What I have an issue with is the fact they've changed the VIP and bonus system around greatly.  After providing the monthly tournaments for slots and table.  They have made some major changes to there VIP system.

1) Freebies are no longer technically free.  You have to redeem you comp points, which I just recently found out are very expensive to get.  To get a match bonus, free spins, or free chip.  So I did the math just to get a 0.005 BTC free chip with a 20 times roll over.  You have to wager at least 3.4 BTC to get that free chip.

2) The comp system is really pricey if you ask me, you only get 3 comp points per 100 mBTC you wager.  Yeah you read that right, 3 whopping comp points.

I get some folks asked for match bonuses and freebies more than others.  Yet at that same exact point if the bonus system was meant to be spread more evenly.  What's to cause folks to say no from time to time.  No you've already gotten 5 free spin bonuses this month.  We have to save some for other players.  I honestly think it's a fairly simple concept really.

Like I stated getting paid isn't my issue, plus I do get 1 more perk.  I just wish they wouldn't go about acting like getting a freebie from time to time is a huge chore for them.  If they don't want to give them out, then maybe they can be like other casinos and put there promotional budget on better things.

Hey Everyone,

Let me start off by saying that the issue with Lucky7BTC was taken care of last week, and the player was paid out in full. Danielle, who was in charge of this matter, is one of our newer live chat members and we have let her know about this situation so it doesn't happen again.

As for hodeatama, it is standard procedure for us (and many other online casinos) to request KYC on players who appear to be using multiple accounts, which was the case with this player.

Thanks,

hi , have a some promo vis bitcoin forum ?

What kind of promos you are asking about? Free spins no deposit bonus or something that requires you to deposit?
If you ask for free spins no deposit bonus then I guess they does not offer it anymore, but if you look for deposit bonus or tournament then you can visit the site for more details.

Yeah, they have no license and do whatever they feel comfortable with:

When you lose they do not care who you are, but when you win your identity is suddenly important! Cheesy

If your identity is important, they have to check it prior to accepting your deposits, simple and logical!

yes, thats true, while you win although win with your deposit they will make reason to avoid your winning with ask all many document, they will say kyc or anything they thinks, but while you are lose all your deposit they will laugh and will not ask you anything, because you are lose...and they get profit, its simple,

Would you mind to give some proofs? It is unacceptable if the delay is too long, KYC verification should be done no more than 24hours imho as it is not so difficult to do it. By the way, did you win big on this site?
