Sounds a lot like Bitconnect. Too much emphasis on staking, passive income and affiliates as a means of generating income. From the founder:

However some persons made quite some good profit while a lot others lost out. My advice is one should not invest in such coin for longevity but be smart to know when to take an exit

Generic project with empty information,
delayed roadmap,
will never deliver what they are promising,
the developer is a speaker and is doing MLM with the cryptocoin that he created,
 
(let's say in passing that scrypt algorithm is not the best option in the present day)

• Nowhere is it described if the 10% of POS income is monthly, semi-annual or yearly.
• Developer involved in scams in the past.
• They implemented an influential, optimistic, motivational audio on the site,
  making the listener feel that the currency is a great novelty in the market. (Similar to what happens in the MLM lectures)
• The members of the currency groups are hostile, there is no possibility of questioning without being banned.
• There is no app for android or iOS, nor credit card nor anything that the roadmap promises. (That is described on the website.)
• This project is extremely strong in marketing, but lousy in technical matters.

Very much so. I saw this coin when it hit the top 100 by market cap, looked into it, it has all the hallmarks of a scam. It will continue to drift away into nothingness as it has been doing since its giant pump. Any coin that skyrockets in price like this is assuredly just an attempt to manipulate ranking sites like coinmarketcap.com into getting them some free attention.
